We have various room sizes and all of the room sizes are written in m2 on expedia.com and our web page, About our breakfast, since that majority of our guests have really good comments about our open buffet breakfast that includes various kinds of cheese, charcuterie, a wide choice of eggs (omelette, sunny side up, scrambeled … ) different types of croissants and our fresh made specilities that change every day such as quice, choclate chip cookies and borek which is a very traditional pastry, at least 4 types of fresh fruits everyday and also free of charge coffee selections during breakfast.We look forward to hosting you again soon. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Super Lage mit vielen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Fähre ist auch in der Nähe . Hotelzimmer reicht völlig aus von der Größe, wir waren im vierten Stock, somit haben wir auch nichts von dem Trubel der draußen statt fand mitbekommen. Mitarbeiter alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einzige Verbesserung : im Bad hätte ich mir einen Behälter für die Zahnbürsten gewünscht Wattestäbchen, Taschentücher-Box wäre gut gewesen!

Es gab nix zu beanstanden. Das Hotel ist toll gelegen, sauber und modern. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielleicht hätte ich mich besser informieren sollen über die Zimmergröße. Das war definitiv zu klein. Mit 2 Personen und einem großen Koffer hat man schon fast Probleme richtig reinzipassen. Wie gesagt möchte ich das gar nicht dem Hotel in die Schuhe schieben. Das war aber auch die einzige Kritik.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in maximal 30 Minuten zu Fuß, mit der Fähre oder der Metro erreichbar. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Geschäfte, Restaurants, Supermärkte und kleine Boutiquen. Das Hotel ist sauber, und das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Besonders beim Frühstück werden individuelle Wünsche berücksichtigt, zum Beispiel frisch zubereitete Omeletts, Pancakes oder Spiegeleier. Das Personal ist auch bei der Organisation von Taxis sehr hilfsbereit, ohne dass man sich Sorgen machen muss, übers Ohr gehauen zu werden. Außerdem war ein spätes Auschecken möglich. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Größe der Zimmer. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer gut ausgestattet und es gibt täglich frisches Wasser. Es sollte jedoch beachtet werden, dass das Hotel in einer lebhaften Umgebung liegt und es bis spät in die Nacht Lärm geben kann. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Stayed on 3rd floor for 2 nights. Hotel is extremely noisy. Bad acoustics, noise from communal areas is heard in the room. The room doors slam close, this is incredibly annoying. You can hear every door slam. Surely there is a way to slow down the latching. There is virtually no noise insulation between rooms, I could clearly hear conversation, coughing, any noise, particularly shouting. Not enjoyable. The bedding is old, worn, and my room pillow case and duvet cover did not look fresh, in fact,the next day I could smell a stale odour from the duvet cover. It did not look or feel clean. I was checking out next day as it was short stop during business trip. The location is convenient to restaurants. I would not stay here again.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Cafes, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unmittelbar in der Nähe! Hotelausstattung sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Die Rezeption ist Rund um die Uhr besetzt und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. SPA Bereich auch sehr sauber und ansprechend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel wie Fähre, Straßenbahn und die tolle Promenade Galataport am Meer zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar! Klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel…wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Perfect hotel!
The Hotel is new and looks very nice. The rooms contain everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice and the WLAN is fine. I am absolutely happy with my decision to stay here to visit Istanbul. The neighborhood is modern and tourist-friendly, many cafes and restaurants around and just a short walk to the galata bridge and other sightseeing points. The staff is polite and tries to help wherever possible. I will book there again for my next stay!

Eines der saubersten Hotels die ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für extra wünsche ansprechbar. Für meine zukünftigen Istanbul besuche, werde ich nur noch das Hotel buchen. Das einig negative sind die hellhörigen Wände. Sonst ist es von der Lage bis zur Ausstattung ein tolles Hotel.
