ik vond binnen de hotel een zeer prettig en vriendelijke sfeer hangen. Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Het uitzicht was erg mooi. De kamer vond ik wel aan de krappe kant. Je kon nauwelijks je koffer op de grond uitpakken.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel en alle faciliteiten die dit hotel biedt waren echt top. De locatie van het hotel is super; op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en eetgelegenheden. Ondanks de drukke buurt toch geen last gehad van straatgeluiden e.d. Aanrader!

Super leuk hotel
De personeel heeft geen grenzen om je verblijf in het hotel helemaal naar je zin te maken ze hebben daar een jonge dame genaamd tugce van public relations zij gaat zo ver door tot je tevreden bent. En de restaurant perfect ontbijt echter niks te kort zo ja als je erom vraagt regelen ze gewoon. Mijn ervaring yavuz bey was perfect ik vroeg of ik het volgende dag soep kon krijgen naast mijn ontbijt en ja hoor volgende dag kwwm hij met zijn dikke glimlach met het soep aan. Mijn dochter was gevallen rn had haar arm gekneusd hij of zijn collega,s liepen met de bord van mijn dochter en wat zij aanwees schepten ze op. Wij waren er zeer tevreden ik geef ze allemaal een dikke 10

We (family of 5 adults) felt very comfortable and relaxed in this hotel. The staff is helpfull and friendly. The rooms are clean with good beds. The bathroom is not spacious but sufficient in comfort. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of different food. The neighbourhood is very interesting for all the sightseeing trips. We spent 5 unforgettable days in Istanbul!

Comfortabel hotel met een zeer goed ontbijtbuffet op het dakterras met een schitterend uitzicht. De locatie is bijna perfect op loopafstand van de grote toeristische trekpleisters van de stad. De service is zeer goed met personeel dat goed engels spreekt. Badkamer was wat verouderd maar die werden aangepakt tijdens ons verblijf.

We had a great time at Yasmak Sultan hotel , the staff is absolutely amazing and they are extremely helpful . One of our friends lost their phone and the manager and his team helped us find the location where the phone was lost and helped us communicate and talk to someone who brought it back to us ! We had 4 rooms at the hotel and every one of our requests were accommodated . They arranged tours for us and all our dietary needs were met . I recommend them highly and will stay again . Location is extremely central right beside a tram station

The hotel is in a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the major sites. Two issues to flag : 1-wifi in the room was pretty bad; 2- on at least three of the five nights I stayed there, I woke in the middle of the night to a very strong cigarette smell filling the room.

I liked the location and breakfast buffet. We booked the family room - bathroom in 1 bedroom was like an airplane toilet or worse. The room and bathroom were tired. Doors did not close. Also room is quite tight compared to EU standards.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Schönes Hotel, in zentraler Lage, mit gutem Frühstück. Aber vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals macht es zu etwas Besonderem. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in Istanbul!

The room is too small and hard t move around. Not the cleanest bathroom. I contacted the reception 4 times to fix the AC and or move me to a different room but they did react . I would not stay again here and if you do not care about sleeping in warm rooms or reception who won't react to your complaints then this is the place for you

Due to the unpleasant experience that you had with AC, we had deeply appologized and we have fixed AC by our technican immidiatly after you have informed about it.Probably it wasn't enough cold for you due to the warm temretature outside here in Turkey. Unfortanetly, you gave us very low 1 point on Expedia.com which will affect our general rate get down and looks unfair to other staff of the Hotel who worked so hard to give high service to our guests. However, we are very sad that you left our Hotel unhappy like this, we would like to inform you that we will take your feedback into account.
