Prima kamers en goed ontbijt, alleen je moet met 2 liften en een lange gang door om op de 4e verdieping komen. Een beetje een puzel tocht. De binnenkant van hotel, kamers en service was beter dan verwacht als je uitgaat van de buitenkant.

Het was op loopafstand van de AirPort precies wat wij nodig hadden. De shuttlebus was ook erg handig omdat we zware bagage hadden, het duurde maar 5 minuten om naar de AirPort te gaan. Het was er lekker rustig en het personeel was vriendelijk.

Negatief: Personeel en service
Schone hotel op loopafstand van de luchthaven Sabiha. Alleen sommige personeelsleden (voornamelijk Receptie) mogen best wat aan hun humor doen. Gisteren bij check-in geen welkom en totaal geen vriendelijke lach. Gelukkig kwam ik in de loop van de dag en bij check-out een vriendelijke persoon tegen. Ik maak dit nu best vaak mee, alleen omdat het schoon is en op loopafstand van de luchthaven ben ik een liefhebber van dit hotel.

Perfecte locatie tov vliegveld, shuttle service (gaat elke 30 min) ivm werkzaamheden looppad naar vliegveld toe. Snelle inchecken bij de balie, groot hotel, ruime kamer, genoeg plek voor je spullen, zelfs opmaak plank met spiegel. Badkamer zeer verzorgd. Bedden sliepen zalig.

Ik kom hier vaker. Maar de service was deze keer niet zoals ik het gewend ben. Bij aankomst kwamen ze niet eens de koffers ophalen. Zelf naar de kamer moeten brengen. Terwijl ik meerdere koffers had en een kind die niet mee wil werken. Verder veel geluidsoverlast in de avonduren door het hotelpersoneel rondom de lift bestemd voor personeel. Je dient rekening te houden met je gasten in de avonduren. Wat je overdag doet maakt mij niet uit.

Nice staff, Ufuk at the reception was very friendly. My stay here was only for a few hours. Checked in at 2:30 am and around 7:00am i took the great shuttle service to the airport.

Ideal to stay and have a good rest before flight in the early morning. Especially when you have to travel from the european part of Istanbul to Sabiha in the early mornings. One small point to improve is the small towels for both body and head, and there is no foot towel for the ground.

Het hotel was zeer netjes. De kamers uitstekend. Het personeel correct. Het dinner was zeer lekker tegen goede prijs kwaliteit. Het ontbijt was wat minnetjes, voor zo'n hotel verwacht je een ontbijtbuffet (dat dan gerust 2 of 3 euro meer mag kosten)
