Hello Mr Mooney, Breakfast service continues in our hotel. We would like to state that the breakfasts are served as an isolated bed and breakfast due to the coronavirus. We have 24-hour room service. Room service is not available unless the customer requests it. Unfortunately, we did not receive such a request from you. There are 8 different wireless networks in our hotel. We would like to state that all of them are located next to the rooms and there are no problems in this regard. Only by mistake you are given a room with a different size double bed. Therefore, we shared with you that we can change your room the next day. The refund agreement is the same as made at the entrance. It has been confirmed by all of our employees that there was no situation contrary to what was stated. We think that this misunderstanding will change if we host you again. Regards

Dear Chris We would like to acknowledge that your comment did not surprise us. Because you were telling us that you were satisfied with everything while staying at our hotel. We can show with camre recordings that you over and over again that you like the hotel and thank you very much. We made special shopping for you.(without charge) We gave breakfast for you without charge. Your comment on room cleaning is unfortunately not true. As I said before egarding this, we can prove to you how satisfied you are with our hotel with camera records. The only reason you make this comment is that you want a refund. You requested the payment you made with the card in cash. this cannot happen anywhere. Our hotel offers you the cancellation policy before you log in. You have confirmed this and hotels.com has confirmed it. That's why your comment is unrealistic and unfounded.
