Very nice hotel with friendly staff, room was clean with a very nice terrace. Airco was perfect and big clean shower. The fitness room was amazing up to date with very good equipment and even a boxing bag and ring. The only thing i did not like that takes a lot of hospitality away for me is that when entering the hotel and in the room its written to strictly dont bring any food or drinks from outside to your room. So a room is private why am i not allowed to by a dieet sprite can or a snack from outside to eat in my room? That i never saw in any hotel in Istanbul up to now. But for the rest a very pleasant stay.

Niet mijn voorkeur qua ligging en afstand tot bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt is een teleurstelling en zeker gezien de prijs per persoon die namelijk 2,5 duurder is dan hotels die zeker de 5 sterren waard zijn. Daarom wordt de prijs niet van tevoren verteld, wat ik van andere hotels wel gewend ben.

Great clean and luxurious hotel. Breakfast could have been better (alot of choices, but quality of coffee, pastery and eggs is mediocre). Spa facilities are amazing (fittness room is superb, as well as swimming pool, sauna and hammam). However kid pool was tooo cold (my kid could not stay for more than 10 mins), and I wish they had a jacuzzi.

Some employees don’t speak very good English, or mostly no English but that does not stop them from providing the best service possible and always with a smile. Loved this hotel. Super clean, amazing spa facilities, friendly, 24/7 room service, great food, affordable price.

This was a wonderful hotel, very clean, and all the staff were very professional and helpful. Spa area was clean and welcoming. It isn't walking distance to any of the main attractions but that means it is in a very calm area. Overall great hotel if you want to enjoy Istanbul and get some relaxation and quiet time.

schönes, ruhiges Hotel. Toll eingerichtet, das Personal ist immer freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ein riesen Dank an Frau Imen, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer bemüht. Aber auch das Café- & Restaurantpersonal war super freundlich, immer gut gelaunt. Wir haben 3 Mal im Hotel à la Carte gegessen und waren begeistert. Einzig die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr enttäuschend. Es wurde nie richtig sauber gemacht, kein Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt, keine Handtücher, nur Badetücher. Der Boden wurde während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht ein einziges Mal gesaugt.. Wir musste mehrmals bei der Rezeption anrufen, damit uns Toilettenpapier und Handtücher, und eine neue Flasche Wasser gebracht wird. Sehr ärgerlich. Die Fenster sehen aus, als wurden sie zuletzt bei der Eröffnung geputzt. Sonst aber ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. Leider habe ich als Gold-Member nicht das versprochene Upgrade erhalten, stattdessen sagte man mir, dass ein Verbindungszimmer schon ein Update sei. Und das, obwohl man auch ohne Gold-Status ein Verbindungszimmer buchen kann. Also schon ärgerlich.. Aber vielleicht tut sich bei den o.g. Punkten ja etwas. Dann wäre das Hotel wirklich top!

I was VERY disappointed by this property. Hotel staff were rude and completely unhelpful. The room was unclean and looked old. Every day, housekeeping would open my balcony door allowing flies and mosquitos to fill my room, and when I complained and asked them to stop doing this, it continued. When I asked the valet attendant to help me in catching a taxi in the rain, he told me he could not help, and I was forced to walk several blocks in the rain to hail a taxi myself. When I asked for restaurant recommendations, none were given to me. The hotel has a bizarre policy of not allowing you to bring in outside food, so one night when I came back with a doner because I was tired after a long day of sightseeing, and just wanted to eat in my room, I was told I could not bring the food in, and I was forced to order something from the hotel's on-sight restaurant. I could go on and on about how disappointing this hotel is. It is NOT worthy of 4 stars. I ended up staying in another 4 star hotel in Istanbul, and it was a much better experience than this hotel. Plus, the hotel is not as close to the main sites and it claims to be. I regret spending 4 nights here.
