Over het algemeen een hele fijne hotel met een goede ligging. Vlakbij de tramhalte. 1 minpunt. De bedden zijn SUPER hard. Maar het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen door de volgende dag 2 dekens onder de lakens te zetten zodat het wat fijner zou slapen. Betreft de VIP voordelen. Weten ze in het hotel niks vanaf en doen ze ook niks voor je. Dit kan wel beter geregeld worden door Expedia.

Prettig verblijf, met goede ondersteuning van het personeel, geweldig ontbijt. Advies, in verband met geluidsoverlast, neem een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel. Overigens is er weinig seaview mogelijk.

Fantastische mooie en schone kamers, goed bed en een uitstekend ontbijt. We konden geen gebruik maken van het dakterras en een glas wijn niet te krijgen ondanks dat het op de kaart staat. Goede centrale ligging hoewel er flink gebouwd wordt voor het hotel.

Our experience could not have been better. This hotel was everything I was looking for and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They helped me set up transportation from the airport, held my luggage while I went sightseeing after checkout, and they are directly across from the Cruise Port so extremely convenient. It's only a few minutes from 2 different tram stops, and the restaurant provided quick, friendly service and a good variety of food for both dinner and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if I am ever back in Istanbul.
