I absolutely loved staying here; perhaps one of my most favourable experiences, ever. We had a taxi issue and they went to bat for us, getting our money back. I had a birthday and received a thoughtful card and beautiful Turkish desserts. There are even dolphins in front of the hotel… everything was on point. Stay here, you will have an excellent experience!

Great location on Sea of Marmara. Convenient to walk to all Sultanahmet sites. Access mosques, bazaars, and restaurants. Nearby restaurants are pricey (US prices)…. Pick and choose because food is variable. Hotel arranges transport to/from IST. Staff very helpful. Clean. Beware: rooms are TINY! But big enough.

The hotel was beyond amazing! The staff are doing their best to make sure the guest is having a great stay in Istanbul. Especially Kalandar. He helped us countless times with Taxi drivers and finding a destination to visit. The rooms are extremely clean, and my 1 year old baby was extremely happy with the room and the staff. The location is really nice and safe with very pleasant view. Would definitely go back to them whenever I visit Istanbul again!

Dear Mr. Tasaddooque, Firstly thank you for choosing Radisson Sultanahmet İstanbul Hotel for your stay. We are upset about the situation with your payment. Due to the rules of our hotel we are getting all the payments as Turkish Lira. Your reservation rate for 2 days is 136.82 Eur and the exchange rate when you made the booking was 12.59 TL. At the check in we took your room amount as 136.82 EUR but the currency was 19.68 TL. The staff were very helpful especially after Turkish Airlines misplaced our luggage and which they couldn’t deliver after multiple days. The staff helped us by enquiring the airlines many times. And, kept the luggage even after we moved to different pre-booked hotel. The breakfast was really good. The breakfast staff and the chef were all trying their best lingual skill to help us enjoy the breakfast. I had pre-booked a separate 5 star hotel in Besiktas for remaining days in our trip to live near Taksim Square. I wish I had just stayed at small but cozy place like this Radission hotel.

A Memorable Stay
My stay at the Radisson hotel Sultanahmet was awesome. It’s well located with an awesome view of the Bhosphorous and a lot of space to walk and jog in the neighbourhood. The staff was really great and the General ManagerMr Selami Taskin was really very welcoming and hospitable. The food is also very good and the hotel is extremely clean and neat. I will definitely be back there.
