Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, de parking was gratis, het ontbijt was zeer verzorg en het uitzicht vanuit het restaurant zeer goed. Het bed was echter zeer hard.

Werkelijk alles was prima. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de variatie bij het ontbijt, de ligging, de kamers. Het was top. Wel hoorde je vanuit onze kamer de oproep tot het gebed goed, ara dat weet je als je naar een islamitisch land gaat.

very nice hotel near Grand Bazaar
Nice hotel near the Grand Bazaar. have to travel to Istanbul more often and have used this hotel also some times. The reception desk is very helpfull and also the cleaning of the hotel is very accurate. Breakfast is very good and the view from the breakfast restaurant is outstanding. The only minor is the wifi connection. It is rather slow. There is hardly no noice comming from street into room, so quite silent. No problem for me to use the hotel again next time.

Gunstig gelegen hotel in oude stad
Veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand van het hotel. Wil je meer zien van de stad, dan is de tramhalte om de hoek. Op de zesde etage is de ontbijtzaal, waar je een mooi uitzicht over de stad en zee hebt. De kamergrootte viel enigszins tegen, deels te verklaren doordat de kamer op een hoek gelegen was. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Mooie hotel en vlakbij bezienswaardigheden
Het straatje is wat shabby, maar het hotel is erg goed! Heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel die je een warm welkom geven. De locatie is qua bezienswaardigheden echt perfect! Blauwe moskee, Aya Sofia en Topkapi Paleis op loopafstand. Het restaurant op het dakterras is ook goed, mooi uitzicht en heel goed eten. De kamers zijn ok, gewone hotelkamers en goede bedden. De airco werkt goed, de temperatuur is goed te regelen.

Aangenaam hotel. Goed gelegen in oude stad.
Goed hotel gelegen in de Bazaarwijk op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Kamers zijn mooi en proper, alleen de badkamer is iets aan de kleine kant. Goed ontbijt en gezellige bar om iets te drinken. Zeer mooi dakterras met uitzicht op Istanbul.

Great hotel close to ancient sites, tram and metro
We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was well taken care of: clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, perfect internet via wifi, nice (small) pool on 6th floor, awesome view from 6th/7th floor, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived in the middle of the night because of flight delay. We were hungry, still they managed to get us a good meal at 4am via room service. Close to the hotel there are lots of shops, restaurants and street sales. Grand Bazaar at 100m. Blue Mosque and other ancient sites were on walking distance. 50m from the hotel is a tram stop (Beyazit). 10 minutes walk to the Vezneciler metro station, which takes you to Besiktas with line M2.

Goed hotel. Hadden juniorsuite geboekt, was echter vol bij aankomst. kregen 2 x 2 pers. kamer met tussendeur. prima opgelost. We waren met 3 pers. Vlak bij de grote bazaar. En op loopafstand van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Ook s'avonds om de hoek gezellige straat met leuke restaurantjes.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een korte citytrip
Begin maart hebben wij een korte city trip naar Istanbul gemaakt en dit hotel als uitvalsbasis gekozen. Prima centraal gelegen t.o.v. o.a. de grote Bazaar, restaurants, maar op loopafstand van Blauwe Moskee en Hagia Sofia. De tram (men noemt het de metro) op 200 meter van het hotel verwijderd. Met deze metro kun je feitelijk grote delen van de stad bestrijken.

Good location, in a quiet area but still a 15 minute walk from the main sights of Sultanahmet. Good quality, reasonably priced food at the both the restaurant and for room service. Cocktails at the English Pub actually were cheaper than every other restaurant we visited during our stay. Staff were really helpful, especially when my husband injured his arm. They let us call our travel insurance company from the reception phones for free, and found us cheap taxis which didn't over charge to get us to the hospital, and later the airport. We also had an issue with a bad smell in our room after checking in, and we were moved to a new room very quickly when this was unable to be resolved. There was a smart TV in the room which connected to streaming services like NetFlix and Disney . A staff member even came into our room immediately at 10pm to fix an issue with this TV. Great views from the breakfast room and restaurant. Only slight negatives were a leaky shower in the bathroom and inconsistent variety of hot breakfast items. Some days it was turkish breakfast pastries and potato rostis, other days it was bizarre items you wouldn't normally eat for breakfast like french fries and onion rings instead!
