Dear GuestWe did not refund your money back.Then you wrote this review.. IF you write something about the hotel I can understand you. This is the rules writes on Expedia. You can change or cancel your reservation before 3 days. After that you can not change or cancel your reservation.. You need to pay Room rates. If you come to hotel If we say you don t have any reservation and we don t have room for you. What you will think or do. This is the same think...Rules are rules. Have a nice day

Serkan Bey Merhabalar Neden bu kadar kotu puan vermis oldugunuzu anlamak mumkun degil.. Ben personel arkadaslarımla da gorustum, ama sızin herhangi bir istek, herhangi bir talepte bulunmadıgınızı ya da bir eksigimizin olmadıgını dile getirdiler.. Bizim otelimizi maalesef sizin puanladıgınız gibi kotu bir otel değil, hatta bolgemizin en iyi hotelidir ve iyi bir hotel oldugumuzu degıstirmeyecek.. Keske eksik gordugunuz konuyu personel arkadaslarımız ile paylassaydınız bizde sizlere yardımcı olabilseydik... Halen gordugunuz eksikler ile ilgili benim ile temasa gecebilirsiniz..

Genellikle rezervasyon yapıldığında iletişim adresleri vasıtasıyla sizlerle iletişime geçerek hotelimiz hakkında genel bilgiler veriyoruz eğer iletişim adreslerinizde bir yanlışlık varsa ve size ulaşılamadıysa check-in esnasında hotelimizde kalan veya kalacak olan misafirlerimizin güvenliği açısından tamamen deneyimlerimizden çıkardığımız sonuçlar gereği tek gecelik rezervasyonlarda evli olan çiftleri kabul edebildiğimizi söylüyoruz. Eğer bu duruma engel birşey yoksa rezervasyon onaylanıyor. Aksi durumlarda ücret iadesi yapılarak rezervasyon iptal ediliyor. Belirttiğimiz gibi bu uygulama tamamen daha güvenli konaklama hizmeti verebilmek için yapıldığını söylemek isteriz. Saygılarımızla.

The room was beautiful and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful, they also speak very well english. The breakfast was amazing. My only criticism that they didn’t clean our room the next days, and we had a problem with the lightening.

Merhaba Salim Bey, Misafirlerimizin belirtmiş olduğu eksiklikler tarafımızca dikkate alınıp giderilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Takdir edersiniz ki hoteller çok fazla insanı ağırlayıp konforlu bir konaklama hizmeti sağlamaya çalışmaktadırlar bu yoğunluk içersinde çeşitli sorunlar sadece bizim hotelimizde değil her hotelde yaşanabilmektedir. Hotelimizde yaşanan teknik arızalar misafirlerimizin talebi doğrultusunda çok kısa zaman içinde çözülmektedir. Yalnız sizin belirtmiş olduğunuz sorunlar tarafımızca kontrol edildi ve herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşılmadı. Odaların büyüklüğü veya küçüklüğü misafirlerimizin beklentileri doğrultusunda değişmektedir. Size çok küçük gelen bir oda başka bir misafirimiz için gayet yeterli olabiliyor. İnternet sorunu zaman zaman altyapı kaynaklı yaşanabiliyor ve gerekli yerlerle iletişime geçilip sorunun giderilmesini sağlıyoruz. Yalnız böyle bir durum çok nadir yaşanmaktadır onun dışında internet hizmetimiz gayet kullanışlı ve yeterli seviyededir. Sizi hotelimizde tekrar görmek isteriz ve bunun tercih edilebilir bir hotel olduğumuzu gözden geçirmeniz için iyi fırsat olacağını düşünmekteyiz. Saygılarımızla.

Завтрак плох, во всех отелях в Стамбуле до этого шведский стол был гораздо лучше, молоко прокисшее, выпечки почти нет. В номере система обогрева работает не по температуре, а на полную мощность, было очень жарко, на ночь приходилось выключать обогрев, поскольку дышать нечем, а окно не откроешь из-за шума с улицы, к утру становилось холодно. По вечерам вода в душе была прохладная, не горячая, поэтому мыться лучше с утра. Номер маловат, для одного подойдет, а вдвоем уже тесновато. В остальном нормально. Чисто, персонал вежливый, ремонт хороший, wi-fi работал отлично.

Had to switch rooms when arrived as was not up to standard. Staff were great and helpful but location for me was not great if I had known I would have gone to the Hilton or a chain American/English hotel

Nice room and super friendly staff
Very nice location. Good location between Atatürk airport and the city with great access to public transport. The staff at the reception was very friendly at all times! The included breakfast was good aswell, just don't get there too early or some plates might be empty... The only thing that bothered us was the wifi connection in the room, because ever so often it would just disconnect and then take some time to get the connection back. Besides that everything was just fine!

Ruhige,saubere und zum einkaufen o.bummeln super!
Sehr nah zum Outletcenter Olivium!hotel ist im ruhigen gegend !Fruhstucksbuffet finde ich wurde sehr fruh abgeraumt 10.00uhr ansonsten waren die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel
Das Hotel liegt 10 fußminuten vom marmaray entfernt. Es ist ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Zu dem ist der Service super freundlich. Dieses Hotel ist einfach weiter zu empfehlen. 😊

Nice and cozy hotel
The hotel and all the staff was very nice. The rooms are a little bit small, but very comfortable, the only point I want to make is for the bathroom, they need to "fix" the shower area.. when you are taking a shower the whole bathroom gets wet... its not something major, but still it will be a good to fix that. Other than that the hotel is great, good food, good staff and everything was clean and well taken care off.
