Hotel is toe aan vernieuwing (oude kamer en badkamer, behangpapier komt los). Het is geen 4ster. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt is ok maar chaotisch (zeer druk, wachten tot een tafel vrij komt, broodmand leeg,..).

Foto’s komen totaal niet overeen met de realiteit. De standaard kamers zien er niet uit, zijn super oud en alles is kapot en beschadigd. De bedden zijn erg hard en de service is bagger. Superior rooms zijn wel prima. Daarnaast is het hotel bezig met verbouwen, wat niet op de website vermeld staat.

It was my 10th anniversary. My room was upgraded with beautiful view top floor, very cute they had me balloons and rose petals. The hotel is so reachable to food shops transportation, friendly manner of staff is also a bonus. Only thing I would say the air con can be better and also the fridge can also be better. Will stay again and have already recommended. Many thanks again,

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Mein Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Im Hotel haben Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden. Leider gab es dazu vorab vom Veranstalter oder auf der HP des Hotels einen Hinweis. Es gab tagsüber Lärm. Vor dem Hotel haben Pflasterarbeiten stattgefunden, was sehr laut und staubig war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Brot war sehr früh geschnitten worden daher schon trocken beim Servieren die Aufbackbrötchen waren auch schon hart. Die ganzen Brote waren frisch und weich. Also besser selbst aufschneiden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

très déçus!
Le personnel n’est vraiment pas accueillant, à chaque demande, nous les embêtons. La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos, la douchette avait de la pression une fois sur deux, elle était abîmée, ça coulait partout. Les lumières dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. les prises étaient détachées c’est très dangereux. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux. La piscine est nulle, 10€ après 18h c’est du vol. Le personnel nous interdit de parler car il y a « des massages » en cours ». Les rideaux se ferme mal, on peut voir ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres à travers les couloirs. Je suis très déçus. L’avantage de cet hôtel est juste qu’il est bien situé.

Horrible experience! My room was overall terrible and outdated and to add to that it was literally as hot at a sauna. When I asked the staff about AC they replied that it’s winter and they turn off the AC which lead to an unbearable temperature in my room I actually couldn’t sleep at all. I booked the place for 3 days and after the first night I asked to cut the stay short and to refund me the other two days the they refused. Not only did they refuse but they refused with extreme attitude and rudeness. This place is horrible STAY AWAY.

Overall the area was prime, everything was walking distance, safe area. The front manager was very nice. Although there was no iron in the room, it always had to be requested. Also, cars are usually not allowed to come in front of the hotel because of construction but overall it’s a good hotel to stay in, especially because of the area and everything is walking distance. You have to walk 5-10 minutes to get a taxi, but the hotel can also arrange one. One of the best things they had was the weight machine that you can weight your luggage. Breakfast was very good.

Wow location wise.. Close to the tram line that can take you to most tourist areas. Opposite grand bazaar Yes the hotel isnt 5star but it ticked the boxes. Clean and functional Breakfast is turkish style but its got the basics. I would recommend this hotel for a holiday in istanbul.

it stank on the first day we checked in and one of the staff members ‘cleaned’ it ( sprayed perfume) and the smell got worse each day to the point we were almost vomiting - we told the staff everyday. on the third night we told a different staff member and he blamed us for the smell although it was from the gutter & there when we opened the door for the first time … very rude and refused to do anything about it or accept that it’s from their drains - until we made him come to the room and he finally accepted it

Toilettenbürste fehlte und die tägliche Reinigung und putzen des Badezimmer war nicht gründlich. Die Dusche und die Fliesen waren komplett verkalket. Ansonsten ein super Service in sehr guten Lage.
