Small, cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. If you are not that good on foot you can also take the tram, which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. We felt very comfortable there😊

Not what I was expecting
Staff was very nice and helpful. It’s in a really nice area. Blue mosque and Aya Sofia are within 5 mins. However, I found that the hotel.com rating was better than the reality. The place could be cleaner with better bedding. There was no closet or a safety deposit box.

Change the fridge socket in room 101, it almost exploded and the toilet bowl is leaking in the bathroom. Receptionist Multan Sultan was of great help to us.

It was really a bad experience.. We couldn't stay in this hotel because of the bad smell in both room they offered to us.. Bad smell dirty floor and bed dirty duvet (brown spots on it).. Therefor we had to book in another hotel due to the situation we didn't check in and we couldn't cancel the reservation as we crossed already the cancelation timing.. It's so bad coz the hotel seem to be nice but dirty. And the area is really nice there. Sorry to have this experience hope they will take it in concideration and wish you all the best.

I would recommend this hotel. Perfect area very close to sultan Ahmed and bunch of cafes, restaurants areound. This is my 10 stay at this hotel specially the rate is affordable and the staff very friendly specially Mr. Murad is the best man.

I stayed 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Staff is extremely helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean, room size is good too. Wifi was great. Amazing view from terrace. Walking distance from Sultanahmet Tram station, blue mosque, hagia sofia, topkapi palace. There is an art gallery in the hotel basement.

Otel temizlik bakımından çok iyi. Çalışanların isteğinizi hemen yerine getirmesi memnun edici. Kahvaltısı çok mükemmel olmasada başarılı. Sultan Ahmet meydanına çok yakın mesafede.

Otelin kendisi ve hizmet çok kötü
Otelin temizliği genel olarak kötü. Görevliler yerleri süpürmeyi temizlik için yeterli sayıyor sanırım. Aydınlatma olarak normal ampul kullanılmış. Başucu lambaları gece lambası olmasına rağmen sıcaklığa dayanamayıp erimiş. İlk gün el yüz ve baş havlusu vermemişlerdi. Sabahına istedim. Onda da birer tane verilmişti. Otelin her şeyi baştan aşağı özensiz. Cazip olan tek tarafı konumu oluyor. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğim bir yer değil.

convenient to all the good things....
this is a tiny hotel on three floors; the steep stairs up create ever more beautiful views of the holy places and the river feeding into the Mediterranean. the restaurant on the very top is good and the hours are great: late night dinner available! but it is a cramped environment because of its small size. however the price is right and the location (across the street from the FourSeasons and two blocks from Aya Sofia is unbeatable for convenience. there are always tradeoffs. the front three rooms: 103, 203, 303 are rather great; the others are small boxes.

스태프들이 전반적으로 친절하고 터키여행팁이나 주의사항등을 잘 알려준다. 방도 깔끔하고 테라스뷰가 특히 밤에 예쁨. 조식은 루프탑에서 할수있는데 바다도 보이고 좋음. 무엇보다 위치가 좋아서 돌아다니기 편하고 광장 바로 옆 골목이라 밤에도 위험하지않음.

The room was lovely, and the heavy curtains allowed for a great rest. the staff were super helpful, and the area around the hotel is beautiful. The view from the terrace of the Blue Mosque and the Bospours is lovely. My main light didn't work, and that made to room really dark.

Hotel staff is moody.. breakfast is so bad dog food.. hotel staff is not helpful at all doesn’t know how to smile either.. facilities are not as described and over rated. You have to pay for coffee and tea which is not clearly stated. There are cheaper and better hotels.. towels where the same from before too.

Personnel très accueillant, attentif, souriant et à l'écoute. Hotel proche des principaux sites incontournables (Mosquée bleue, Ste Sophie, palais de Topkapi) et des transports en commun. Bémol : état général des chambres laisse un peu à désirer : quelques taches d'humidité et autres indéterminées sur les murs... étagère et pare douche mal fixée, plinthes manquantes, pomme de douche qui fuit, ventilation de la salle de bain très bruyante, parfois forte odeur d'égout (promptement résolue par un membre du personnel : l'ayant observé j'ai reproduit moi même la manœuvre quelque fois...). Vous l'aurez compris, le personnel fait preuve d'une grande ingéniosité pour palier ces petits désagréments... Cependant une vraie rénovation sur ces quelques points (peu onéreuse en somme) serait sans doute plus judicieuse que de petits bricolages. Décoration et mobilier des chambres minimalistes et un peu vieillots. Cependant le confort des lits est tout à fait correcte, ainsi que la propreté des chambres.

Hotel is not very clean
The first room I stayed in was very small and it smelled on the next day. The staff were nice enough to accept my request to change the room. The second one was way better. The location is good for those who come to visit Sultanahmet Mosque and the surrounding places of worship.

Beautiful Place
This is a really amazing hotel with extremely helpful people, it’s so close to everything and has a beautiful view from the terrace. You must stay here if you want to experience the old city and easily move around Istanbul!

Otel sakin sessiz ,ulaşımı çok kolay bir noktada.İnternetten rezervasyon yaptırdığımızda 2 ayrı yatak istemiştik fakat odamız başkasına verilmiş yarım saat kadar bekledikten sonra odamız boşaltılıp bize verildi.Resepsiyondaki beyfendi çok güleryüzlüydü.

Great location
Very clean and comfortable (we upgraded to a larger room, which was spacious). The hotel is very close to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The taxi driver had trouble finding it - it is across the street from the Four Seasons Sultanahmet. The breakfast was adequate. The rooftop has great views.

The location of the hotel is perfect and for the rate it’s definitely worth it. Though, no one came and cleaned my room for the entirety of my stay, the breakfast was pretty measly, and one of the male staff attendants was kind of creepy in his treatment of me.
