'Great adventure, kids liked it. Room is not perfect, and best for 2-3 people though 4-5 can sleep. We had a good stay. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, 5 stars for them. '

'宿自体はとてもキレイで快適だったが、残念ながら隣のEAST宿泊者に恵まれず不満が残った。特に畳の部屋が隣接しているようで、話の内容まで丸聞こえ。日付が変わっても宴会を続け、オーナーの奈良旅館に直接電話し注意してもらっても改善されず、結局眠気が勝るまで寝付けなかった。 尚案内メールに記載の携帯電話は夜間のためか繋がらず、ネットで調べた固定電話に電話して対応していただいた。その点においてコミュニケーションを星2とした。 宿自体、宿側の対応に落ち度はないだけにとても残念でした。'

'We loved the 2nd floor lounge that guests had access to, even though our room was a generous size. It was equipped with toasters, microwave, filtered water, soft drinks, and hot drinks. 'Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at this idyllic Ryokan in the heart of Nara forest! The service was sublime. The two hostesses who welcomed me and served my exquisite Japanese meals were wonderful.
