'Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. Unfortunately, during the stay we encountered a number of issues, the most serious being that we appear to have been bitten by bed bugs. 'They promote as hotel but is an apartment with share common areas! They ask for extra money as deposit. Nobody at location (all by whatsapp).'

'Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property.'

'The service was great'

'The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.'

For two glasses of wine… extortionate, and completely unacceptable. It’s called and honesty bar, but...

'Vriendelijk personeel, wel een typisch oud gebouw. Gehorig. Verder helemaal prima'

'Nice hotel for visiting London. Next to Underground station at the Piccalilly line. Nice staff and clean room.'
