'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. 'The property was great and the service too but I had an issue with my reservation. I had reserve for 2 adults and 2 kids and when I arrived they told me it was for 2 adults and 1 kid I think there was an error with the system so they made me pay there for the other kid.'
