'No puedo decir que todo estuvo mal pero la mitad del personal te atiende mal, de mala gana, como si te hicieran un favor, no considero que valga lo que pagas por tu estancia, no volveré a hospedarme en este lugar o en la cadena Hyat. '

'Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, las habitaciones muy limpias, pero sobre todo la atención del personal sin duda alguna fue la mejor.'

'Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.'

'Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces. '
