This pristine beach cottage in a quiet cul de sac is sure to be a hit for couples or for the whole family. The beach access is just 2 short blocks (4 houses) up the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped allowing for family dinners after a day at the beach or touring the Island. Stainless steel appliances and upgrades throughout, with a comfortable living room and dining room. A private outdoor patio with a large table and 6 chairs offers a wonderful evening spot. There is also the huge convenience of having a doggy door that leads to the fully fenced in back yard.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The master bath has a large glass shower while the second bathroom has a shower/tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share the second bathroom.

This home is centrally located on the island and is a short 10 minute drive to historic downtown, where shopping and restaurants are plentiful.
