'This property really fit our needs for a weekend trip. It was close to lots of nice shops and eateries, including an ice cream place right around the corner. Would stay again for sure if I find my way back to Jax.'

'Great location and clean!'

'Good location. Nice property.'

'This home was impeccable. It was warm and inviting home decor made you feel like you were in another country, We sat on the front porch in a family neighborhood and watched fireworks. Back yard is fenced for childrens outdoor play and safety. Its within 10 minutes to Publix Grocery store and other little shops to walk around to. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.'

'The property was as described. The house was very cute and comfortable. Thank you'

'Impressed with the cleanliness and how convenient the location was to all we had to do. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the AC in the rental was great. Lots of little things (laundry detergent etc..) that made the stay comfortable. Would rent again!!'

'We love this place. It was our third stay any we have another booked. The apartment is always immaculate and a pleasure to stay here. It is close to everything in Avondale and Riverside. Great park across the street and a nice library. Will be back here many times .'

'Beautiful house… lots of things to keep the kids entertained! Would stay again!'

'House was very clean and as described. Nice location and could walk to a lot of restaurants. Love all the art work in the house.'

'Beware of the neighbors right next door. They'll park in the road but block you in and cause a real issue. They told me that "they're not moving their car" sad '
