Welcome to Salt Life Station: 9th Ave — a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Jacksonville Beach townhouse that sleeps 7, just one block from the sand. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, parking fits up to 4 cars in the driveway, and the beach access is visible from the front of the property.

The layout works well for multi-generational groups. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a twin bed, a private en-suite bath, and a door leading directly to the backyard — ideal for grandparents or guests who prefer no stairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the third floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a private shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 3 is the master, with two queen beds, ocean views, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. A half bath is also available on a shared floor. All beds are memory foam mattresses. A pack-n-play with sheets is available for families traveling with little ones.

The fully stocked kitchen means you can cook most meals in rather than eating out every night — a real savings for longer stays. It comes stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, sugar, a Nutri-bullet blender, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The washer and dryer handle laundry for a week-long trip without any trips to a laundromat. Roku TVs are available throughout (bring your own streaming subscriptions). WiFi is Xfinity at 200mbps — fast enough for remote work or kids streaming in separate rooms. Note: propane is not included. If the tank is empty, there is a gas station nearby for a swap. The garage door has been disabled, but the driveway fits 4 cars, and street parking is available as well.

Step outside and you are already in the middle of Jacksonville Beach. Salt Life Food Shack is a 2-minute walk for fresh seafood and cold drinks after a beach day. Refinery Jax Beach, with its oceanview dining, is just as close. The Jacksonville Beach Pier — great for an evening walk or watching surfers — is 7 minutes on foot. Need groceries? Publix is a 2-minute drive. Beaches Town Center for shopping and dining is 5 minutes by car. This summer, the Beaches area fills up fast — booking early locks in your dates.

Check-in is keyless through a guest portal, so there is no key exchange or waiting around. The property is pet-friendly at $30 per pet per night. Beach towels, bath linens, and bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper) are all provided. A sister townhome is also available on the same property — message us if you need space for a larger group.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
