The main house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room with TV, dining area, and in-unit washer and dryer. The detached 1-bedroom suite sits separately in the backyard with its own bathroom and full kitchen — ideal for grandparents, a couple wanting privacy, or an older teen who needs their own space. Both structures are included in your booking. Guests should know this is a split layout: the suite is a short walk from the main house, not connected by an interior hallway.

Two kitchens mean no one is waiting in line to cook breakfast. Both are fully stocked — Keurig, coffee, cooking basics, and dish supplies included. Washer and dryer in the main house handle a week's worth of towels and clothes without a laundromat run. Beach towels are provided, so you can pack lighter. Keyless entry on both structures means no key pickup — check in on your own schedule.
