Dit recent bijgewerkte 2 bed / 1. 5 badkamer unit is de ideale plek om te verblijven tijdens uw volgende bezoek aan Amelia Island. Dit herenhuis ligt op slechts 1/4 mijl van Main Beach en op 3,2 km van het centrum van Fernandina. Het is gunstig gelegen voor alles wat het eiland te bieden heeft. Toegang tot het strand is slechts een korte wandeling over de straat en je bent dicht genoeg om de golven te horen!

Dit herenhuis is onlangs bijgewerkt, inclusief nieuw meubilair, vloeren en bijgewerkte keuken en badkamers. Vanuit het lagere niveau betreden gasten de woonkamer die comfortabele zitplaatsen en een grote flatscreen-tv biedt. Het eetgedeelte biedt plaats aan vier personen en bevindt zich direct naast de onlangs bijgewerkte keuken, inclusief alle nieuwe apparaten, vloeren en aanrechtbladen. Vanuit de begane grond hebben gasten ook toegang tot de wasruimte met wasmachine en droger.

Beide slaapkamers bevinden zich op de bovenverdieping. In de master zullen de gasten genieten van een nieuwe kingsize matras en een flatscreen-tv. Een eigen balkon is ook bereikbaar vanuit de grote slaapkamer, waar gasten kunnen genieten van het geluid van de golven die aan de overkant van de straat vastlopen.

De tweede slaapkamer biedt twee aparte bedden met nieuwe matrassen en beddengoed ook. De grootste badkamer op de tweede verdieping heeft een bad / douche-combinatie en een nieuwe ijdelheid met extra aanrecht. Gasten krijgen alle schone lakens en badlinnen, inclusief strandlakens.

Deze accommodatie is de ideale locatie aan de overkant van het strand en is gunstig gelegen voor alles op het eiland. Gelegen op slechts 1/4 mijl ten zuiden van Main Beach en Fort Clinch, en op slechts 2 mijl rijden naar het centrum van Fernandina Beach.

The condo was mostly clean I wish I had not look under the master bed..so many dust balls. It was close enough to the beach ..we could either walk or drive as there was some beach parking. The condo was adequate, the pictures made it look more stylish than it is. The outside of the building looked like a motel 6..could use some updating. I think the most negative part was the water..it’s well water and smells horrible. We went through 2 cases of bottled water..no way I would drink it ..enough we had to bathe in it. We had a relaxing week so thank you..but we wont be returning.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. The unit was exactly as advertised and communication with the manager was straightforward. Super quick and easy walk to the nearest beach access. Easy parking. Clear and detailed directions for check in and check out processes. They were so kind to leave us a tasty treat from Fantastic Fudge and a note congratulating us on our marriage! We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Great place and a stone's throw away from beach access #2. The most comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and nice layout. Although it was too cold to enjoy the balcony - I can see it as a nice plus! Having the separate laundry room allowed us to store our bikes out of the weather. Would rent again!

This property was a overall great experience. Clean, good location and quiet. Pros: - Walking distance to beach if you do not have too many items to carry - Clean - Quiet - Sleeps 4-6 (bring an air mattress) - Great communication from property management - Amenities you wouldn't get with a hotel - Pet friendly Cons - Not enough toiletries (make sure you bring extra toilet paper) - Main bathroom could use some upgrade (i.e shower head to short and other items could use updating.) - Smart TV's had YouTube TV logged in only in the master bedroom All-in-all I would suggest this to a small family, couples or group of adult friends wanting a nice place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Although not directly across from a public beach access, a beach wagon was provided so we could easily make the short walk to the beach with the chairs and towels provided. The unit is exactly as advertised—nicely remodeled; no frills but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoy taking our dog to the beach, and this unit had a hose at the door so we could clean her (and us) off when we got back. The only cons are that the blender doesn’t work the best and the stairs are a bit tight/steep, but we expected that from previous reviews.

Had a wonderful experience at this property. Overall the location was perfect, just walking distance from Main Beach and the Salt Life restaurant. Driving distance to the historic downtown -everything pretty close. Over all on the property, it was really helpful to have laundry. The bathroom was a bit outdated a spot that needed a fix, but nothing major. Very relaxing and what we needed for a girls weekend meetup. Thank you!

This townhouse is very nice. Living room, kitchen, half bath, and dining area on first floor. Two bedrooms, full bath, and a good size balcony on second floor. Location is great in that there is easy access to the beach and downtown is a short drive. Parking is right out front. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting Amelia Island.

The location of the property is amazing. We rented bikes to get to and from beach (30 second ride) and also into the downtown area that has the majority of food/ breakfast options. It was about a 15-20 min bike ride into town. The bummer about the rental was that the kitchen was not very well stocked, glassware and a few pans, however no coffee for the coffee pot, no sponges, etc. not well meant to cook full meals so just know that ahead of time. It was also a bummer that the main deck area did not have a light to read, etc, at nighttime. We loved having the beach chairs and towels to grab and use each morning. Very safe and quiet location across from the main road that the beach is on. Overall, it worked perfectly for our little trip!
