Deze nieuwste editie van Surf City Getaway is een twee verdiepingen tellende privé-vakantie aan de oceaan aan de oceaan. De uitzichten zijn SPECTACULAIR. We bieden 2 niveaus aan privéterrassen aan de oceaan, buitendouches en een buitenruimte aan de oceaan met een nieuwe Scandinavische hot tub van 6, 75 x 6, 75.

Onze locatie is IDEAAL in Surf City op Topsail Island. We zijn op een rustig stuk strand omringd door andere huizen, maar zijn nog steeds slechts 2 mijl ten zuiden van de pier en alle winkels en restaurants.

We hebben nieuwe vloeren gelegd en nieuwe smart-tv's aangeschaft - één voor elke slaapkamer en één in de woonkamer.

Het interieur is fris geverfd en heeft een nieuwe inrichting, nieuw beddengoed, nieuwe matrassen, nieuw meubilair, nieuwe lakens en handdoeken en volledig vernieuwde voorzieningen.
Het balkon aan de oceaan biedt kapiteinsstoelen, zodat u over de relingen kunt kijken voor een onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan.

De oprit biedt plaats aan minimaal 5 auto's.

We bieden 10 gloednieuwe strandstoelen, een parasol en strandspeelgoed.
Wij bieden wasmiddel, een volledig gevulde keuken met kruiden en pantry items, keurig en K-cups, handzeep, föhn in elke badkamer / shampoo / conditioner, body wash en toiletpapier en papieren handdoeken om u op weg te helpen.

We zullen uw viervoetige gezinsleden geval per geval en een restitueerbare huisdierentoeslag van $ 100 in overweging nemen. Vertel ons alstublieft over uw pup. We nemen maximaal 2 honden in overweging en vragen vriendelijk om geen honden in of op een van de bedden te laten. Het spijt ons, maar we staan katten niet toe.

Birthday Weekend

Long weekend birthday celebration with a party of 9 women. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs balcony overlooked the ocean. Deck chairs were high enough to view the ocean over the railing. All beach chairs and umbrellas were in good working condition. The property manager was quick to answer any questions had . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to get your beach therapy!

Just bring yourself, your food and your swimsuit because Charm Getaway supplies everything else you might need. This property is nicely furnished and very well maintained and the ocean views are amazing. If you’re lucky with the weather, like we were, you can catch the most amazing sunrises and spend your days collecting shells and sharks teeth along the shores of an almost private beach. Katrina, the owner, was quickly responsive to any questions I had before and after our stay and Christine, the local manager, was equally responsive and provided me with all the info needed for access to the home when we arrived. It’s a 5 star recommendation from my family. Would definitely come again!

Best Week Ever

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I am from the Pacific Northwest & have a beach house on the Pacific Ocean, but to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. House is amazing, great for families. Excellent location to the beach & Surf City. Great communication from owner & property manager. Had no issues to report everything was clean & in working order when we arrived. I would totally recommend this property to others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Comfortable Winter Getaway

Our family of 6 enjoyed felt welcomed into this home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat, and the house was very clean. We settled in for a week of dolphin watching, chilly beach walks, and lots of family dinners and games while gathered around the table. We enjoyed thrifting in Wilmington, touring the Battleship, and Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn. The hot tub was enjoyed most evenings and the decks and furniture were appreciated--we would happily recommend this home to future guests.

Outstanding Beach House!

This is our third time renting this charming beach house. The house is perfect! Incredible ocean views with a commute to the water in less than 30 seconds. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) and the size was perfect! You definitely get what you pay for. Christine is the best manager and will take care of anything you need. She was even willing to give us a late check out to have more time at the beach.

Great Family Stay

The property was very clean and location couldn't have been better. Communication leading up to and during the stay was excellent. The kids played on the beach all day and loved the outdoor shower and toys provided. The adults loved the multiple decks, hot tub, comfy beds and easy access to the beautiful beach. Wonderful property

We had an awesome stay. The property was ideally located and the communication was flawless. Very well appointed for home cooking if that's important to others and made it really easy with our 5 and 7 year old. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't operational during our trip, but they had a tech there within an hour to try to get it running (bad part that had to be ordered). Highly recommend to others and I am sure we will be back.

Doorstep To The Sea

Very clean. Nice amenities: you don't have to bring soap (for kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry), hair dryer or any towels. There are plenty of towels. This makes life easy.The beds are made so you can walk or nap right into your vacation. The hot water tank is big enough to accommodate five-bedrooms worth of people. That's a big plus. The sound of the surf lulled us to sleep at night (and afternoon naps). The hot tub is wonderful! The owner and housekeeping contact are very responsive. The living room looks much bigger in the photos than it actually is, so it can't really accommodate five-bedrooms worth of people. It would be nice to have a table on the deck for meals. The kitchen doesn't have a pantry, just a few cabinets for groceries. And while I admire that the owner invites us to leave unopened food for the next guests, I think it gives guests an excuse not to remove items that should be disposed of. The cabinets were literally full when we arrived; some of the items were open, some bottles almost empty, and most were items we would never use. Consequently, we had to spend our first hour there removing food (storing it in other rooms or disposing it), to make room for our groceries. This was also the case for refrigerated items. One way to make more room for groceries is to cull through and remove many of the multiple pots and pans that are stored underneath the counter tops (and remove the big ice machine that sits on the limited counter space).

Beautiful views and awesome house!

We had an extended stay at this wonderful oceanfront home and it was awesome! The home had everything you could need or want to make your stay feel just like you are at home but with the most amazing views! The amenities are the best. This home is in the perfect location, close to all things Surf City and only a short drive over the bridge to even more restaurants and stores. A highly recommend this home! The owners and property manager are wonderful and attentive to anything you need while at the property. Quick response and so friendly!
