The Space:

This thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a comfortable and welcoming layout with modern finishes throughout. The open-concept living area provides plenty of space to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and single bed up top with access to a nearby full bathroom. Our rental is pet friendly with approval and non-refundable pet deposit. The home does feature doggy doors leading to the small enclosed fenced in backyard.



Enjoy your morning coffee or evening unwind on the front porch, and take advantage of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Additional conveniences include a one-car garage, in-unit washer and dryer, and driveway parking. Complete with all modern amenities (including WiFi), this property is ideal for 30+ day stays. Great location near the beach, restaurants, and local shops. 30 night minimum required.



Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath towels , hand, and wash rags. Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, front porch, outdoor shower, one-car garage, fenced in back yard, and driveway parking. The property is exclusively available to registered guests during the reservation. Access details and check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that this home is available for extended stays only, with a 30-night minimum stay requirement. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras and a security system.

Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN INFORMATION: All properties are self-check-in. You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival. You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

OTHER FEES: Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.
