Floor was dirty and stained. Bathroom shower took way too long to get heated. Alarm going off on 3rd floor maintenance room whole time i was there. No extra blanket in room.. limited amount of towels

There was no bath soap in the room for either the sink or the shower. And there was hair on the bathroom counter in the sink area and there was a stain on the towels.

The hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were clean. You can tell the hotel is going through renovations but the room furniture and doors are old and beat up.

We had stayed at this hotel at least 4-5 times in the past until the Covid pandemic. Same furniture than in the past. Furniture are so old/worn out that we perceive them as dirty and do not feel comfortable to sit on it but bed and bed sheets are ok. Very disappointed with breakfast, besides waffles, nothing much to eat. Overall, disappointed with stay!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The ac went out in our room and we switched rooms in the middle of the night. The beds were like sleeping on a spring board! The glass shower door came off on the track and nearly fell. The furniture in the lobby was badly stained. The breakfast buffet ends at 9am and they literally put the stuff away while you were getting food if you were a minute over. This place needs help.

BED BUGS!!!!
We stayed in 401 and found a bed bug crawling on the bed when we woke up the next morning. I put it in a baggie and took it to the front desk and the lady working at 5am was sleeping I woke her up and her response was “well the owner just had that room treated so I’m not sure what you want me to do” umm give me a new room!?!? I would have just left the facility period but had my teenage daughter with me and I had to be at work at 6am so didn’t want her not having somewhere to stay. I asked for a partial refund because I was going to have to spend more money by taking my clothes to the laundromat and taking extra precautions to not bring the bugs back to my home but they refused. Will NEVER stay at this location again!

Surprisingly pleased
My Air B&B ghosted me in Jacksonville so this was a last minute, cheap as possible 2 night stay. Was able to check in at 10pm with no problem, breakfast isn’t Waffle House but it did the job. Sheets were clean, AC worked great and the bathroom had no issues. Very happy with how things turned out.
