Endless Summer is a newly completed oceanfront beach house on Amelia Island designed for large family vacations and group getaways. This luxury beachfront home sleeps up to 17 guests and features expansive oceanfront decks, a private hot tub, elevator access to all three floors, direct beach access, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The home offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, including a large open-concept living area with oversized seating, smart TVs, and incredible ocean views throughout. The chef’s kitchen was designed for large groups and includes double ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a large island, and spacious dining areas.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the home, with multiple covered decks, lounge seating, rocking chairs, outdoor dining areas, and a private oceanfront hot tub overlooking the beach. Guests can enjoy direct beach access just steps from the house.

Sleeping accommodations include multiple king suites, including two oceanfront primary suites with deck access and ensuite bathrooms. One oceanfront suite features a soaking tub overlooking the ocean. Additional accommodations include a queen bedroom, bunk room with 3 bunk beds, sleeper sofas, and multiple ensuite bathrooms.

The first floor features a large game room with a 75-inch TV, arcade console with classic games including Pac-Man, sleeper sofa, and direct access to the covered patio and beach walkway. Outdoor amenities include a gas fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower, picnic tables, and hanging chair swings.
