# 2110 Topsail Dunes is een appartement op de eerste verdieping in een prachtige staat met een geweldig uitzicht op het strand en de oceaan! Bekijk de dolfijnen spelen in de branding. Prachtig strand met een zachte helling in de oceaan.

Condo is hetzelfde niveau als strandwandeling en slechts een trap omhoog vanaf de parkeerplaats! Onlangs gerenoveerde unit met houten vloeren en een eigen balkon. Tweede eenheid van strandwandeling. Heel dicht bij zwembad. Inclusief boogieplanken, skimboard, strandstoelen, zandspeelgoed. Volledig ingerichte keuken TV / DVD in familiekamer en slaapkamer. Wasmachine / droger in gang. Codeslot met drukknop op de voordeur elimineert het gedoe met sleutels! Ons appartement is in uitstekende staat en erg handig. Het strand is mooi, rustig, rustig en gezinsvriendelijk.

Queen-size bed in de slaapkamer; stapelbed in gang alkoof perfect voor kleinere persoon; queensize slaapbank in de familiekamer.

This place was just what my husband and I needed! It was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the Host messaged us after we arrived to Make sure everything was ok. We especially loved how close we were to the beach!

Our third time here and we love it. Wonderful location, beautiful view, convenient 1st floor and so close to the beach. Condo has everything you need. The added hooks in the hallway for towels were very helpful.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Perfect little oceanfront condo. Right by the parking lot, one flight up, right next to the beach access steps. It is clean, fresh, tasteful, & pretty. The kitchen was great w/pots, utensils, etc. Just basics on seasonings, etc., but I prefer to use my own anyway. Appliances were clean and in great working order. Small bathroom but nice huge tub & good shower. Very convenient little washer/dryer in hallway. The complex is well kept & nicely landscaped w/flowers & shrubs, nice picnic area. It sits RIGHT on the beach, which is wonderful. (Best time for walking is low tide when the beach is wider.) The pool is pretty & appealing - it opened for the season the second day I was there & was instantly filled with happy swimmers. It's spacious, with plenty of pool furniture. Right by the ocean. Had a little trouble with the lock - mostly my fault. Instructions were slightly misworded but mainly it was that I was doing it wrong. It is one of the older locks w/the pad separate from doorknob instead of all in one. I was entering the code & just turning lower doorknob instead of simultaneously turning the upper knob and lower knob. Cathy bent over backwards to help when we thought it was a problem besides "user error". :) She was very responsive. This little place was just right for what I needed. Highly recommended.

Incredible

The condo itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and then some. The short walk down to the beach was perfect cause we’re in our 70’s. The deck was wonderful. We never once ate inside at the table. We did have some trouble getting the tvs working but my husband eventually worked them out.

Get away!

We hadn’t been to the beach in years. This was a wonderful weekend. View was perfect! You can live on the balcony. Host thought of everything! Sewing kit.. ✅ Scissors ✅ Fully functional kitchen. ✅ Yet a quiet bedroom . It’s all there.

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Right on the beach and so convenient being on the first floor close to the beach access. Love sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. No problems with the wifi this time. Cathy is fast to respond to messages and makes the whole process easy. Thanks for another great week!

Nice Place!

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Always got answers to my questions right away. Easy access to the beach, beautiful up close view of the ocean. You do have walls on either side of the balcony giving you shade all the time which is nice when it is so hot, but doesn't allow you to look up and down the beach, only straight out. Super comfy bed and furniture and have lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. The one thing that could be added to be helpful are some hooks somewhere to hang wet towels and swim suits. Maybe close to front door for beach towels and in shower for wet suits. Wifi did not work at all for us. Asked a neighbor if they got service and she said hers was great and they had routers throughout. Not sure if that was the difference or not. Had very minimal connection with our server. Overall it was a nice place!

Best location

First of all, the condo was beautiful and very clean. It was literally steps away from the beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean. It was perfect for my little family. We plan to try to stay in this exact condo next year. It exceeded my expectations.

Just what we were looking for.

Our biggest thing was the deck looking right over the beach. Also, there was plenty of space for the two of us. We hadn't been to Topsail Island for a few years, and it worked out better than we remembered. Very nice long weekend.

Beautiful view!

First, our host was so helpful even before arriving to the property! The location was a little bit further from Surf City, the center of the island, but that didn't matter. You could not be any closer to the ocean - the view was unbelieveable - coffee on the patio every morning was amazing! Thank you to Cathy - she was wonderful - we would love to come back!! Great beach access

My young kids and I really enjoyed staying here. The beach was close and the unit itself was well stocked. It’s a little bit of a drive to surf city and some of the more touristy things but we made it work. And now we know for next time. I’d definitely stay here again.

The perfect oceanfront location for a quiet getaway.

Cathy's condo was perfect for our week long getaway. It is modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. Great views from the balcony. Going in September allowed us to enjoy the quiet beach which we walked several times a day. I would highly recommend Cathy's condo if you visit Topsail Island.

Great stay!

The property is as advertised and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The view is wonderful and access to the beach, pool, and amenities just steps away. The only complaint I have is a preference one. We prefer a softer bed and the queen mattress was a lot firmer. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed NTB and this condo very much.

Location, Location, Location

Location was everything for us. Our Son is in the Marine Corps. and we were looking for a place to stay that had quick access to the base so we can visit with him as well as beach access for a little R&R while he was working. This location was perfect for what we were looking for.
