Pool & Spa Heating
The pool heater is available seasonally and, weather permitting, will be maintained at approximately 85°F between October 1 and May 1. Guests do not have access to adjust the pool heater settings.

Pool heating is not provided between May 1 and October 1, as outdoor temperatures are typically sufficient for comfortable swimming. Pool heating availability may be adjusted due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements, or equipment limitations.

Guests may use the spa and control spa heating at any time during their stay. Please note that pool and spa heating cannot operate simultaneously.

The pool heater remote is provided for spa operation only. Any lost, stolen, damaged, or non-functional remote resulting from guest misuse will incur a $600 replacement charge.

Tampering with pool equipment, heater settings, automation controls, utility equipment, or any pool system components is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to modify equipment settings, bypass controls, or attempt to override programmed system operations. Any damages, excessive utility usage, service calls, or repairs resulting from unauthorized tampering will be charged to the guest.

Pool Heating: In climates where average daily high air temperatures aren`t sufficient to maintain the pool water in recommended 77-80 degree range, a pool heater is required for comfortable swimming. In NE Florida we have days where we do not reach air temperatures that will allow the pool heaters to work properly. Because heat pumps transfer heat instead generating it with combustion, they`re most effective in climate zones where the average daily air temperatures during pool season are greater than 50 degrees F. During the winter months, it will be almost impossible to keep the pool temperature comfortable enough to swim as we have days where the temperature dips down into the 30-degree range. Please temper expectations based on the climate and average weather temps for this region before booking.
To ensure you will have a 5-star experience, we require a rental agreement to be signed upon booking. The agreement will need to be signed before check in information is provided.

Parties are NOT allowed in this house! Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave the house IMMEDIATELY.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
