'Simple, yet surprisingly robust. First time at a TRU. LOVED the staff and the breakfast options were amazing. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have microwaves in the rooms, but there was one in the lobby so all good. I would absolutely stay here again :)'

'Not the cleanest and extremely noisy. You can legitimately hear people speaking at a normal volume in the next room. Not even just a vague sound, I could hear their whole conversation like they were in the room with me. The water pressure sucks and the facility knows it, and says there's nothing they can do about it. The wrist bands they give you to access the rooms/elevators barely work. Housekeeping and Valet staff were friendly and kind and wonderful, but other staff left a lot to be desired....
