The primary bedroom, on the first floor, has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two (2) additional guest bedrooms upstairs feature a queen bed in each room and a shared hall bath. The screened porch off the main living area is a great space to gather, talk and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

There are two desirable restaurants located inside the gated community of TPC Sawgrass. Argyle located at The Yards is within walking distance from the home, and the dining room at TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse overlooking the 18th green of the TPC Stadium course. Both are available for cocktails and dining. This home is just minutes from the beach, championship golf, shopping, dining and entertainment, perfect place to experience all Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!
