Luxe en betaalbare Amelia Landings 2B / 2B Condo. Korte wandeling naar het strand!

Onze Amelia Landings-villa op de derde verdieping wordt liefdevol 'The Nest' genoemd en biedt een serene, vredige, heerlijke plek voor recreatie, ontspanning en vernieuwing. Het omvat twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, alle beddengoed, een comfortabele woonkamer en een grote afgeschermde veranda. Het is geschikt voor maximaal vier personen. Inbegrepen bij uw verblijf zijn een flatscreen 50 "HD-tv met kabel en draadloos internet, boeken, games, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, eettafel en meer! Kleine details zoals een föhn, zeep, een koffiezetapparaat en Keurig, een blender, bestekset en bakplaten zijn er voor u om van te profiteren. Beddengoed, handdoeken, boogieplanken of strandstoelen zijn niet nodig! Dit apparaat is rookvrij en sorry, maar huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan (associatieregels). De verantwoordelijke moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn. Kortingen beschikbaar voor een verblijf van 7 dagen of langer!

Amelia Landings is een rustige gemeenschap genesteld tussen Live Oak bomen en Spaanse Moss. Het kleine complex heeft gratis parkeergelegenheid, een tennisbaan, een heel mooi groot zwembad, picknickgrills en tafels. U bevindt zich op een perfecte locatie, op korte loopafstand van de rust van de oceaan en het brede witte zandstrand dat zich 13 km uitstrekt! Er is ook een snelle toegang tot het nabijgelegen Egan's Creek Greenway. Het is overvloedig met dieren in het wild en een perfecte plek om te wandelen en fietsen. Het historische centrum van Fernandina Beach ligt op slechts enkele minuten afstand met uitstekende restaurants, veel winkels, een boerenmarkt en nog veel meer. Of je kunt gewoon relaxen op het strand, op jacht naar haaientanden, schelpen en herinneringen verzamelen zoals wij dat doen!

Het mooie Amelia Island is beoordeeld als een van de top tien eilanden in de Verenigde Staten en heeft zoveel te bieden! U kunt een rit maken door het met bomen omzoomde Fort Clinch State Park, gaan vissen of een boottocht maken. Het hele jaar door zijn er veel festivals, waaronder het Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival, het Amelia Island Jazz Festival en het Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Andere activiteiten in de buurt zijn paardrijden, parasailen, golfen en nog veel meer! U bent slechts 40 minuten van Jacksonville, 30 minuten van de luchthaven en een paar uur van Orlando naar het zuiden of Savannah naar het noorden.

Awesome condo by great owner

One of the cleanest and most comfortable place I have rented. The big screen in porch provides the tree house vibe. Great location, so close to the beach. The owner is terrific and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Everything was all good. We didn’t know that the unit was on the third floor without and elevator in the building . After talking to the owner Mr.Will he came and helped me and my wife carry our bags and supplies up the three flights of stairs. And also came back the morning we were going back home and helped us take our belongings down to our car. He was a caring person. For that we say thank you!

We loved the screened in patio and really appreciated the coffee pods and start up toiletries. Condo is well furnished and owner provided great information for check in and dining options etc. Only negative was that it is a third floor walk up with no elevator so it’s a lot of stairs

Great location to explore the natural beauty of the area

Will was a great host. We came to Amelia Island one the first part of our Snowbird vacation. Brought our bikes to ride the trails around the 2 Talbot State parks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice new HDTV. Do your research, this is a great area to explore both the natural wonders with a bunch of historical sites as well. We enjoyed the Okafenokee Swamp, the Amelia River cruise as well as the history and quaintness of Ferdinadina Beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner (Will) was great, and helped us to change our original booking. The condo is tastefully decorated and nicely furnished. The kitchen is really well-stocked for meal prep. The beds are comfortable, as is all of the living room furniture. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the huge screened-in back porch. Great place for morning coffee!

Family Vacation

My wife and our teenage daughter and son loved our stay at "The Nest"! We had never been to Amelia Island before, and for the week we stayed here this felt like our home away from home. It was super clean and a has fully stocked kitchen. We loved the deck to drink coffee and listen to the birds every morning. The location was close to all of the beaches, and we had a great time at North Beach! Will was always very informative and responsive to any questions that we had about the area. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to this beautiful island! Lou Brown

Perfect!!

This place is perfect! Fantastic location. So close to the beach and the condo assoc. has a fantastic pool! The condo is so well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and there was nothing I looked for to help me cook that was not there! Will thought of everything! Will also provides lots of beach chairs (even though we weren't sure and brought our own!). Even a beach umbrella! The only thing I could have asked for was a few extra bath towels. We like to have a towel to use as a hair towel also and only had enough towels for 1 person each, but we made do! Other than that, perfect!! A/C was good and cold also! Gotta have that at the beach! We did have 1 small (tiny) little issue and Will was on it! I texted him and he was calling me within 1 minute! Issue fixed! We will absolutely stay here again!

Loved the pool, new carpet and comfy beds. Nice location with easy drive to beach, historic part of town, and restaurants and grocery. 3rd floor condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
