Clean the most hotels I’ve stayed at that are five star staff was excellent. The location is a little lower income but has a lot of potential and looks like it will be up and up soon. The price is excellent. If it were in a better location they can charge triple with how excellent And clean the place was. Although the location is a little sketchy, they do have security that drives around and their 24 seven. So they’re really isn’t much concern. They have put something in place to combat that issue anyway.

Raised and very familiar with Jacksonville, and particularly Arlington, I was SO surprised to find this AFFORDABLE recently updated hotel! I live in Alaska now and my family is spread all over. We all needed a convenient place to stay while gathering for my mother’s funeral and estate settlement. I reserved two rooms (next door to each other). PERFECT! Absolutely everybody, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, was more than pleasant and very helpful! Also very safety and security conscious. This is a basic “no frills” lodging, BUT when we asked at the desk for… an iron, hair dryer, more towels, etc. they were supplied immediately, courteously, and in brand new condition! I will be back!

What a nice place. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I love that they have Vizio TVs. So easy to log right on (they also have spectrum). Grounds are kept up nice. Cleaning staff does a great job. :). Would definitely come back. :).
