There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water was hit or miss and if it was a hit you had about 5 minutes of it. The kitchen would be difficult to cook a meal in as it's very small and there is the bare minimum cooking equipment, but for making a little breakfast and a mid day snack is totally adequate. You really can't beat the location. Especially if you're into wind sports as door is at most 50m to the water!
