'Like the property'

'The service was not exceptional here. The staff took care of minute details. The rooms were clean and renovated. The only drawback was that there was no power backup here in case of loss if electricity which can happen sometimes otherwise everything was fantastic and the service compensated for that.'

'Location is fabulous right on lake. The entire staff was wonderful. Warm, friendly, helpful. Restaurant was good. We had a balcony over looking the lake. The room was large with many small touches. Huge shower. Windows that opened to lake with built in benches to just enjoy. We could have stayed there all day. We will be back!'

'Great location right next go Chandpol bridge..fantastic staff reception..restaurant ..and housekeeping...everyone could not do enough for us!! Second stay and we were welcomed like family...basic room..lovely balclny lake view!!'

'Tucked just off old Main Street not easy to find and harder to stop taxi or Tuk Tuk near. Close to the main attractions. Set over 4 floors plus roof with views of old city, note no lift. Has some old character. Rooms a good size with bathroom attached are comfortable but a bit tired. WiFi only on ground floor and it’s not great. Can be noisy at night but it’s from nearby bars and Unfortunately you will hear everywhere in old town at night. Overall a good stay.'

'I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. '

'The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us. '
