Not so clean, but a great breakfast
Fave hotel is in the middle of Glodok, the Chinese quarter of Jakarta, which is intresting But the hotel is at the 8th floor of a big parking garage and industrial shopping centre. The room are on the 9th and 10th and thats is a separate elevator. It cost time to go from the street to your room.
The room is not cleaned very good. There are a lot of small coackroches in the bathroom. The shower is one day hot and the other day not at all.
The breakfast is cheap and very good.
Personal is very friendly

betaalbaar/net hotel 30 min afstand van vliegveld
Wij zaten de eerste avond aan de achterzijde van het hotel en daar werd je rond 4:00-4:30 uur wakker door het ochtendgebed. Verder beschikken de standaard kamers niet over een waterkoker, maar naast de lift is een tapapparaat met warm en koud drinkbaar.

Good price/quality
Good hotel in a lively neigbourhood, for a very good price. A bit special it is on the 6th floor of a department store for mechanical tools. Elevator is a bit of a walk from the street but there is a shuttle service for the 200 meters around the building. Overall good price/quality.

De buurt rondom is vrij vervallen...

Een heel fijn hotel en zeer schoon.
De wijk van het hotel is niet per se fijn. De straat achter het hotel is meteen de ergste krottenwijk van Jakarta en de straat voor het hotel is oke met restaurantjes en een fruitmarkt (Maxime Fruit Market - aanrader). Het hotel is dus niet in het beste deel van Jakarta maar het hotel zelf is heeel fijn en rustig en schoon. Een nadeel van het hotel is dat personeel (met name houskeeping) zeer traag is en je meerdere keer voor hetzelfde moet vragen. We hebben problemen met het afvoer gehad en dat werd zogenaamd gemaakt of airo deed het niet en er wordt gezegd er komt iemand kijken maar het duurt eeuwen. Verder stond de muziek in de gang toch nog tot vrij laat best luid waardoor je het in je kamer kon horen terwijl je het liefst wil gaan slapen. Het hotel was wel zeker een must en vooral in zo'n drukke stad als Jakarta. Het is echter helemaal niet in de beste wijk van Jakarta en het is vrij ver van het centrum. Het hotel is in de wijk Kota bij oud Batavia stad.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Ontbijt: geen uitgebeid continental buffet, alleen een paar toastjes als je geen rijst wilt.
Kamer: goed. Niet ruim, maar voor ons als backpackers uitstekend.
Bed: lekker, stevig.
Verzorging: kan beter, zit af en toe een vlekje op een handdoek, maar kan ik niet mee zitten.
Gratis gebruik van kluis in de kamer, elke dag twee nieuwe flesjes water.
In vergelijking met andere hotels in Jakarta een prima prijs.
Fijn, goed engels sprekend personeel.

The hotel staffs are very friendly. Its just opposite the police station and Clinic. Lobby is located at 8 floor and below is a Trade centre shopping mall which sell alot of commerical Heavy machinery.
The hotel abit run down. the door does not close tight. it will only close tight when you need some force to slam the door which make a lot of noise and will disturb the rest of the guest staying there.

La plaza del terror
La plaza donde se ubica es horrible, es algo complicado el acceso desde la calle como peatón, pero está cerca de varias atracciones como el café Batavia. La estación del Bus está muy cerca y es fácil de utilizar.

Need to be much more cleaner
Location is not so ok. Historical landmarks are at least 1km away, shopping center is for technical stuff not like normal shopping center.
About cleanliness towels and sheets were dirty. Everyday we got dirtier towels. There was dead cockroache in room and after 1 night room service didn't clean that up. Under bed were bottles and plastic.
Breakfast was ok.

The place has a good structure, rooms are nice with ac and TV. I really appreciate it. Maybe just need be a little more clean but ok. I really liked it.

Okay to stay
The hotel and service okay. AIR CONDITIONING not okay. Reception okay. Toilet small. A big size guy will find it extremely difficult because no place to move when sitting on the commode. The hotel is in the 8th floor of a condominium. Lift available and good. Daily room cleaning.
