Locatie is prima, winkelcentrums zeer vlakbij
Ontbijtbuffet stelt weinig voor. Kamers zijn zeer verouderd. Geen aankleding zoals op de foto's. Kamers zijn ruim (executive rooms), maar zouden op de terugweg ook hier verblijven maar hebben de reservering gecanceld en een ander hotel geboekt. Mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk, maar dat is hun cultuur.

Erg goed hotel in Jakarta
Het hotel was prachtig, maar voornamelijk het zwembad. Deze was prachtig met watervallen en heel mooi opgezet. Werkelijk een genot. Het hotel had een mooie ruime receptie. We kregen meteen een welkomsdrankje, de deuren werden voor ons open gehouden (overigens alle dagen), de tassen werden gedragen en iedereen was heel erg vriendelijk. Wat wel opviel was dat wij de enige buitenlanders waren, omdat er alleen maar indonesische mensen in het hotel verbleven. Dit had zeker ook z'n charme. Het eten in het hotel is goed. Het ontbijt bestaat voornamelijk uit gerechten met rijst, maar achterin is ook nog toast te vinden. De meesten kunnen goed engels. De kamers blijken appartementen te zijn met een keuken, woonkamer, slaapkamer, kledingkamer en badkamer. Heel ruim en plezierig. Dit werd ook elke dag goed schoon gehouden. Het ligt wel midden in de drukte van Jakarta, maar dat is in die stad haast niet te vermijden. Wel echt een aanrader!

Family weekend
We have stayed here before, location is excellent, the condition of the room was disappointing, drapes were in our condition bathrooms had leaks, general confirm dates and in bed of just general maintenance. The beds though were comcast.net, and cooking facilities were very good. There was a store on site which was very well stocked, and reasonable.

You get what you pay for ..
I booked a one-room suite at this hotel because of the attractive price on Hotels.com and for its proximity to Central Park. In fairness, for the price, I do not expect a great deal. The room was dated and in need of some maintenance - the hot water mixer was difficult to adjust, and the lamp in the living room was not working. The bathroom came with the usual amenities, but there was precious little else - no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board, and although an electric kettle was provided, there were only two coffee cups but NO SPOONS.S Service from the front desk was good, they were polite and helpful, as was the doorman. What I do not find acceptable is that the hotel charges for every vehicle (including cabs and Grab) that enters - even to drop off or to pick up. This does not make sense. The amount was not large - Rp4000 - but it is a poor management decision.

The place is literally falling apart. It should have been renovated a long time ago. We had the feeling of not wanting to remove our shoes while inside the room. The staff was excellent and gets our fullest score. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was nice too.

overall good
The hotel room is actually a former apartment minus the stove, which was a very good surprise. The pool area is the real draw as well as the easy walking access to the Central Park/Neo Soho mall superblock. The only bad thing was the bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows weren't comfortable as well.

Rooms haven't been renovated in a while and maintenance has been pretty shoddy. Lots of small things that are just a bit off but the rooms have the basic necessities. Restaurant food is slightly below "ok" level but neither terrible nor great.

Not worth to stay , unless you want to stay close
Hotel is very old , tiles are chipped , shower are stained , hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming . Don't like the part every time you come to or go from hotel via taxi you have to pay 2000rupiah , even though you are staying in hotel. I had a reason to stay , but i won't recommend to any one .

Not a 4 star hotel.
The apt hotel was quite old with old appliances, furniture and rooms. A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was OK. The location is good and outside decor is good. But, The building is old and needs a lot of renovation.

Short Stay
We rent 2 apartment units for our parents wedding anniversary. The apartment is a bit old but clean and spacious. Great location, the ground is well kept, nice swimming pool and great breakfast with many choices. It was a great stayed for the price. Will definitely go back. Just don't buy coffee at the lobby, very expensive. Better off go to the mall not far from there.
