My second home in Jakarta
A real true experience. I booked from 01 march till 3 march, the room is huge with lounge access included. Food and beverages unlimited, all is included. Nearly all staff rembers my name from cleaning service to lounge staff. A top notch get away frm your daily duties. It was so comfortable , i extended one more night so check out on monday which was not the plan. After checking out , i was presented a gift , a Ritz-Carlton cap given my the guest recognition manager mr Dennis. A big surprise for me. Many thanks to all of the Ritz for making my stay very much to my liking

Great experience
This was our last booking of a trip of 4 weeks we booked this hotel because of the location - family and a great shopping mall. what we did not knew before checking a couple of days before that we booked a De Luxe Room, a special deal = included - breakfast - lunch - high tea - dinner - wine - sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks in the CLUB LOUNGE a special check in on the 21th floor were the club lounge is - and our room on the 25th floor the staff was really amazing friendly - remembers your name - excellent service - great food and wine - as much as you like - (too much) the different buffet were fantastic all day long our room was unbelievable, a walk in closet - a bathroom, 2 sinks, a shower for the whole family! great view this was one of our best experience for a little more money

Enjoyable staycation with family
So enjoyable staycation and they have an additional tent although its charge but its worth for your kids to be happy. The club lounge facilities all day eat so full and yummy. Ana the person in the lounge very helpful and friendly all the staff awesome.

코로나 시국이지만, 잠시 바람 쐴겸 호텔스테이 2박했습니다. 조식도, 룸컨디션도,라운지 서비스도 좋았습니다. (코로나때문에 레스토랑이 활성화가 안되서 주문해 먹는 시스템이 대부분이었는데 맛은 좋았습니다) 딱 하나 실망했던건 수영장 컨디션. 하수구 냄새가 너무 나서 참다 참다 나와버렸어요ㅜㅜ 물에서 나는 냄새는 아닌거 같고 어디선가 풍겨오는 오수 냄새였는데 비위가 상해 힘들더라구요

とにかく豪華!スタッフのサービスも満点です!スタッフさんの笑顔や素晴らしいタイミングでの声がけはもちろん、食事やデザート、ドリンク、そしてジャムーまで満足いく内容でした。さすがジャカルタでNo.1を誇るリッツ・カールトン♫とにかく食べまくり、飲みまくり(笑)で終始お腹いっぱい。10年目の結婚記念日で宿泊しましたが(宿泊前に通知しておいたのです)、その為のサービスもたくさんあって、もう忘れられない一夜となりました!今度は記念日じゃなくても泊まろうと思っています。

Room was very spacious Well equipped Coffee maker in the room was nice (Illy coffee) I booked room for 3 people. Each room for 3 people (offered by hotels.com). 3 times meals were included. But finally I just knew that meal facility was only for 2 people (in spite of the fact that I booked the room for 3 people) Pay extras for one person The choice of meal was limited (buffet) The hotel was connected with pacific place mall. No connecting rooms in this hotel (not suitable with family members of 6 who need a connecting room)

Good location - near the MTR & in the middle of the SCBD. All the staff were extremely friendly and caring...When I went for breakfast, the staff knew me by my name which was pretty surprising (since there are 60+ other guests in the hotel) so I felt very welcomed. A little more diversity on the lounge buffet would have been a plus but it's not bad as it is.

The room was wonderful and the check in process was very smooth and efficient. We were celebrating one of our birthdays and they decorated the room with balloons and we also got a birthday cake and some chocolate. The staff at Ritz were amazing in carrying out their work and including personal touches to it. Our concierge, Naomi was professional and accommodating during our interactions with her online and in person. She even left us a note and a parting gift on our last night there. The housekeepers were also lovely and did their job really well. Two of them, Tantan and Putra, also a left note to welcome us on our first day there. On the last night, Wayan prepared a bath with a vase of roses to help us relax. Overall, the service and people at Ritz were wonderful and really made a good lasting impression on us. Looking forward to staying with you in the future.

スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです!友人の結婚式の為に一人で宿泊しましたが、スタッフの方が声をかけてくださったり面倒を見てくださって素晴らしい時を過ごせました。既に両替に困っていると、両替商まで案内してくださったり、伝統料理を食べたいという話をすると、用意をしてくださり、本当に助かりました。感謝を充分伝えられずホテルを出てしまい申し訳なかったです。またいつか泊まりに行きたいです。

Overall is good , just swimming pool average , I have club lounge access but foods no many options,
