'No hubo agua caliente. Lo reporté a la recepción y no solucionaron el problema. Me mandaron a una habitación sin ventanas. Pedí una compensación por el mal servicio y me dijo el de recepción que en la siguiente vez que acuda al hotel! '

"The breakfast buffet was good and the serving personal where all very polite and friendly. All the food was fresh and tasteful and plenty to choose from. Staff overal from the front desk to the cleaning staff where all very friendly and helpful when needed. All we saw of the hotel was clean. There are some things that need to be updated in the hotel but during our check in we were made aware of this. Would come back here when visiting the city."
