'I think there could be better communication among the staff. At reception, we were told that we could add all the tips for the entire staff at the end of the trip, while in the restaurant, the waiters asked us to add their tip separately when requesting the check. It would be helpful to have a consistent policy communicated to guests. Other than that, everything was great!'
