'Wij vonden het een mooi hotel met mooie kamers en en prachtig strand. Mooie spa en mooi in de natuur. Waarom wij geen 5 sterren geven is dat wij ervaren dat er maar 1 restaurant per dag open was met een hele kleine kaart en wij niet vegan zijn en de vlees/vis opties erg beperkt waren en niet altijd even lekker. Wij hadden het idee dat het door het laagseizoen nogal uitgekleed was..'

'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'

'Our shower was clogged and had to wait 20 minutes in between people showering for water to drain. Carpet in room was dirty and needed cleaning. A few cockroaches found in room as well. Shampoo/conditioner were nice and liked that they were provided. We did feel safe, but room needed some basic maintenance/cleaning'

'Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything slowed down in the best way possible. The resort is beautiful, but more importantly, it feels calm and intentional. You never feel rushed, never feel crowded. Whether you are walking along the beach early in the morning, sitting by the pool in the afternoon, or heading to dinner in the evening, there is a sense of peace that stays with you the entire time.
What we loved most is that the resort never felt...
