'It’s aged but the staff works hard to make you feel comfortable. Beds are hard. AC in the room is top notch. Rooms are fine. Waterpark is rundown a bit. Water smells bit foul. You won’t go hungry but u won’t remember anything u ate either. Overall it’s very good for the price'

'It took 40 minutes to check in and a long time to check out. We were only approached by pool staff the last day for beverages and was ignored all other days. They ran out of towels for pool. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels or basic amenities in the room and we had to call to request things. The hotel itself was nice but there could be improvements made with efficiencies.'

'The room was clean, but the furniture was old. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch and kept flickering. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable. Instead of individual pillows, there was one long double pillow for two people. However, the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job.The food was plentiful but extremely repetitive. 'Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.'

'Te cobran parques acuáticos bolos q están dentro del hotel no debería ser así ya q he ido a varios hoteles y está incluido los entretenimientos la comida del buffet regular no varían mucho como otros hoteles desayuno bueno los restaurantes a la carta buenos el español bueno el asiático y el italiano muy bueno la playa regular las piscinas preciosas'
