'The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again'

'We have so much to say about the hotel. First- the room we got the toilet wasn’t flushing down well, we were afraid of it. Second- the fridge was old and in very bad shape and a no working condition, no microwave, no coffee machine. They charged us $1000 pesos for the view of the room which is worth to see the Ocean in the morning not doubt. The Pool was dirty when we got there. The drinks which we paid All Inclusive were bad, made out of cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. The nightly shows...

'We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, this is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at in Cancun. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had gorgeous views.
