'We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The only downside is that the hotel itself feels quite outdated and is definitely in need of a complete renovation. The rooms and common areas could use a significant refresh to match the quality of the service, food, and location.
Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay. With a full renovation, this hotel could be absolutely amazing.'

'The staff was amazing , the entire crew, but the room was awful, I paid a little extra for a room with a hot tub , I didn’t use it , it was disgusting .
I was so disappointed that I don’t even say anything to the hotel . Same thing with the bathroom (rusty , broken tiles etc ) the pillows, those are not pillows they were bricks

'This is my absolute favorite resort. Everything was wonderful, as always. The buffets and restaurants were magnificent—everything was exquisite and delicious.
