'To begin the resort itself was very well maintained. From the first day to the last moment, the staff was extremely helpful. Everyone greets you and is always willing to answer questions. The thing that sold us on this resort was the aqua park and it delivered on all levels. Our kids had an absolute blast. They did all the slides. It’s 100 percent kid friendly and this resort definitely lends itself to more family oriented groups. The cenote is awesome. Make sure to jump in and cool off.'

'Sliding door does not lock lamp shocked me when I went to turn on a/c light flicking all nite ac has a short staff notified within 2 hrs. Of my stay they served vegetarian. Leftovers from supper to bkft to supper. I asked for a refund within 2 hrs. Of being there they refused I explained this is not what is shown on web page because I would never stay in a place that is in such poor condition my room smelled like mold.'

'The hotel itself along with the rooms are beautiful. The beach was great. A lot of what was advertised online are nonexistent. There was no airport shuttle as advertised. No swim up bar in the pool, there was no designated dessert area. Towels were absolutely impossible to get, often times we had no towels in our room, and towels by the pool were always unavailable. In my 7 night stay my wife and I were able to get pool towels on 2 days. The Samurai and the Italian restaurants were both good,...
