'I don’t recommend this resort at all. They had roaches in the rooms, they weren’t attentive to helping us remedy. Wouldn’t even give us a refund on our unused nights and we flew home early and still can’t access our luggage'

'We have so much to say about the hotel. First- the room we got the toilet wasn’t flushing down well, we were afraid of it. Second- the fridge was old and in very bad shape and a no working condition, no microwave, no coffee machine. They charged us $1000 pesos for the view of the room which is worth to see the Ocean in the morning not doubt. The Pool was dirty when we got there. The drinks which we paid All Inclusive were bad, made out of cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. The nightly shows...

'Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement.
The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing.
The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge...

'The hotel is OK. It is not modernized as other hotels that I have stayed. The shpwers are actually dangerous, they have the door stopper right in the middle of the side of the tub. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is not great.'
