'Did not meet expectations. When I got there requested a bigger room. The penthouse suite is what I got and they said that was the best room. Family that we traveled with got a family suite which would have been more suitable for my family’s needs. Did not like our room. Check in staff was not helpful and confusing. Food was ok. Staff seemed unapproachable and was not helpful when needed. Did not enjoy my stay here. Definitely will not be returning.'

'Hi. We took this trip for our 4-year-old daughter's birthday. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience; the property looks a bit run-down, and the rooms do too. The air conditioning never cooled below 23–24°C (74–75°F)—it was very hot, and we suffered in the heat. When we arrived at the room, the minibar didn't work, there was no hair dryer, and—can you believe it?—the safe bo didn't work either. At the hotel bars, there were many drinks we couldn't order because they were reserved...
