'The staff was great, the entertainment was great. The beach smelled because of seaweed and the food was just ok. Making reservations at the restaurants were annoying, you have too basically get up at midnight to make reservations for the next day. I would stay there again'

'We have so much to say about the hotel. First- the room we got the toilet wasn’t flushing down well, we were afraid of it. Second- the fridge was old and in very bad shape and a no working condition, no microwave, no coffee machine. They charged us $1000 pesos for the view of the room which is worth to see the Ocean in the morning not doubt. The Pool was dirty when we got there. The drinks which we paid All Inclusive were bad, made out of cheap alcohol or no alcohol at all. The nightly shows...

'Geweldig hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Goede entertainment/sport. Bijzonder geschikt voor kinderen. Kidsclub. Gevarieerd eten met optie tot aantal malen a la carte te eten in een vd themarestaurants. Uitstekende uitvalbasis om omgeving te zien ( met rental car), duiken of een vd xcaret parken'

'Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement.
The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing.
The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge...
