'La habitacion 122, espectacular, pero la alberca muy sucia me encontre media pestaña postiza y mucho cabello, en las 3 noches que estuve. El valet parking. Pésimo¡¡¡, el concierge no me pudieron resolver una reservacion de su propio hotel.
Los animales se ven desnutridos y enfermos, especialmente las tortugas y uno que otro coati. La comida rica el cafe rico con excepción de las habitaciones.
Solo el area de "Tacos" hay que meterle mas producción, quizas para el extranjero pudiera estar...

'It’s aged but the staff works hard to make you feel comfortable. Beds are hard. AC in the room is top notch. Rooms are fine. Waterpark is rundown a bit. Water smells bit foul. You won’t go hungry but u won’t remember anything u ate either. Overall it’s very good for the price'

'The staff was amazing, gym was Instagram worthy, entertainment and food choices not the best. Everything closes at 11pm, and no swim up bar, and only 1 bartender at each bar usually.'

'Family friendly, awesome staff !! First time we visited this resort was about 15 years ago, this year was our fourth visit, and the place is still amazing, just like the first time. My only recommendation will be for management to check the temperature of the pool, the whole family agreed was a bit too warm :).'

'Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.'
