'Very unique all inclusive resort. It's entry level to Xcaret because of it eco park. If you do not like the outdoors, this place is not for you. You will feel you're in the middle of the jungle with all the amenities. The only places with air conditioning is your room, restaurants, spa, gym and kids daycare. Everywhere else is outdoors. 'Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible….
Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday.
If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars .
Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam...
