'Beautiful ocean view from room. Quiet and serene hotel. Spent 4 days at Casa de los Suenos just as Hurricane Milton was forming. Winds kept us from enjoying the ocean most days. Really enjoyed infinity pool. Easy walk to Punta Sur from hotel. '

'The property is beautiful! However our check in experience was horrible! There was a long line when we arrived and not sure what the problem was with everyone’s reservations but it seemed to take forever for each person to check in. We waited for almost two hours until it was our turn. Once we were up, our check in went smoothly. But we wasted a lot of our time the first day there. Was bummed that a la carte restaurants had a pants policy for men. At other resorts we’ve stayed shorts and closed...

Stranden var skuffende - slet ikke så flot som på fotos og fyldt med sten, som man let kunne falde over. Dog pænt mange liggestole og parasoller. 'Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Found the sales pitch for the vacation club a little overbearing. Spa was wonderful, both my teens enjoyed their first massage experiences.
