'We honestly were very disappointed food in the buffet is the same everyday they don’t change it up plus it’s not very good, the staff are rude!!! The only nice person we met on staff was ALEX! the place is out dated the pictures online are not the same as what you see in person! Overall we would never stay there again!'

'Washrooms are too broken and water is leaking from ceilings. Lots of noises from pipe lines. Resort needs major renovations as water leaks everywhere when it rains.'

'The property is beautiful and large. There were always beach and pool chairs available. We enjoyed the complimentary water therapy experience at the spa and the yoga classes at the fitness center. In general, the staff was helpful, but not as friendly and engaging as some other resorts. The staff's proficiency in English wasn't as good as resorts closer to Cancun, but my Spanish isn't as good as their English! Specialty restaurants were a lot of fun especially the Asian hibachi experience. ...
