'El personal del hotel es de lo más desagradable, nadie te quiere atender, todos te ven con mala cara.
De mi habitación salía agua salada del lava manos y de la regadera, reservé una eco family penthouse y la puerta tenía el seguro del lado de Niños, en una ocasión se quedaron encerrados y no había manera de quitar el seguro por el lado de adultos.
Los carros no te quieren llevar a ningún lado.
Las albercas están sucias'

'It’s aged but the staff works hard to make you feel comfortable. Beds are hard. AC in the room is top notch. Rooms are fine. Waterpark is rundown a bit. Water smells bit foul. You won’t go hungry but u won’t remember anything u ate either. Overall it’s very good for the price'

'It took 40 minutes to check in and a long time to check out. We were only approached by pool staff the last day for beverages and was ignored all other days. They ran out of towels for pool. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels or basic amenities in the room and we had to call to request things. The hotel itself was nice but there could be improvements made with efficiencies.'

'We have visited Barcelo maya palace 8 times. We enjoyed going back because of the beach the beach is well maintained no rocks not much sargasm. The pools are also very spacious does not feel overcrowded. The kids pool is like a waterpark my kids love it! 'Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.'
