'I loved that the double/2-bedrooms were actually 2 separate rooms meaning 2 bathrooms! within the same main entrance! Restaurant staff were all excellent no matter where we ate and they sang happy birthday to my daughter who’s turning 13 AND they made a bow for her out of a napkin. She and her friends had a blast and I had a blast watching them!'

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. 'The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals/breakfast/mix drinks etc. We had someone even meet us when we got there to see if we needed anything and brought us chips and fresh guacamole. We did have someone even meet confusion with checking in as it was under our hosts name instead of ours but it didn’t take too long to figure things out.'

'As soon as we arrived we had a staff member come in and asked if we had any issues and solved them, all minor, on the spot and was very professional. All staff were kind and more than willing to please. Always clean linens and towels. I would love to return in the future and would recommend it also to friends and family.'

"Fantastic stay however, we were in Garza Blanca Cancun and we found that the layout, breakfast hall (breakfast in general) was overall much better.. more option and better set-up. The up keep of the whole hotel is very well kept however once again we are comparing it to the Cancun one and it is slightly out-dated (the furniture, style) is abit old. But the staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Conceige lady named Sam was amazing! Nothing was too big nor small for her to help us with."
