'Stayed for 2 nights for graduation. We've been here before and enjoyed ourselves. Great outdoor area and indoor common spaces. This time, beds (for me) were a little harder than expected and shower head was very low. Didn't work for the over 6' guests! We were 4 people, and only had towels for 3 (not a huge deal, we got extra). Had dinner once at the hotel and my husband's $$ steak was thin and overcooked. Not the cut advertised. 'The hotel was perfectly located for a night on the town. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff all treated us well during our stay. There were no complaints about the room; it was pretty clean and mostly quiet. We enjoyed the live music during brunch before we checked out.'

'The staff at this location was so friendly and amazing. We had a hiccup with our airbnb and were able to snag a room last minute for the duration of our stay in Raleigh. 'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'The hotel is in a nice location with restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. However, several outlets in my room were not working. Parking/check in was a little confusing with there being no actual turnaround and the valet area full. Breakfast was just okay, but I didn’t mind with the options near the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay here again.'

'Property was beautiful! The room was really clean and well maintained. Even though staff is not on site the communication was top notch! They responded quickly and made sure we had everything that we needed. This was one of the easiest check in processes I’ve had at a hotel. The only thing I suggest is that you provide a Starbucks coffee machine near the vending and snacks (since I’m a coffee head lol!) I believe that would be a nice touch. I definitely be back to stay!'
