Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. 'We were going to a concert at the red hat amphitheater, and the location could not have been better! Only issue we had was that there was a little bit of Old on the ceiling in the room near the air conditioner vent, which we reported to the front desk at checkout. It was likely due to condensation from the AC unit. Other than that, it was perfect!'
