'The folks are very nice, just about everyone I met there. Because it's not necessarily a hotel, there wasn't always someone available in the lobby. (It didn't take too long for someone to get there though.) The location is great, not in a congested area. The coffee machine didn't work as well as I would have liked, and my key didn't work for the gym at one point. Generally clean place. Overall, a great stay there. Worked out perfectly for what I needed during the week. '

'The surrounding area is wonderful. Walkable to great shopping and restaurants. The staff was fabulous. The lobby and entrance of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms are very disappointing. No photos or art on the wall, no full length mirror, not even a headboard for the bed. Just blah '

'De kamer was zeer goed, ruim, luxe en stil. Maar het personeel was niet erg bekwaam met het computersysteem, en een van de avonden moest de bar gerund worden door een jongen alleen, hij had zeker 25 gasten, dat ging niet. Zeker niet omdat de keuken ook duidelijk geen overschot aan personeel had. '
