'We appreciated the overall clean condition of the hotel as well as the quick and friendly response of the staff. The only down side is the fact that there is no safe deposit box in the rooms and the auto shade doesn't provide total darkness at night because of the lights on the patio.'

'I like the friendliness of the staff, the close proximity to Duke Hospital, and the free shuttle service to the hospital. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is a little hard and the pillows were a little lumpy and small. I also like the quiet hours during the nice. Good service.'

'My Mom was admitted to Duke Hospital Emergency Department and my 4 year old and I had been in our truck all night long. I made the reservation at around 11:30 and I explained the circumstances and they let me and my daughter check in early. They were very nice and empathetic. They gave us snacks and water. The room was very clean and big, plenty of space. '

'I felt very comfortable at this cottage. My wife and I enjoyed the kitchen and walk in closet. Laundry on site! There were dishes and pots and pans. A microwave and full size oven and refrigerator. It was very clean and it suited our needs perfectly!'
