My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay! '

'Loved staying here. Daughter and I went for a girls weekend. Had a great time. Staff was attentive. They forgot to give us our breakfast passes, but took care of it the next morning. The pool was under maintenance, which is a big reason we went there, but we just shopped instead. It was rainy, so the pool being closed wasn't that inconvenient.'

They even sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up. The bed was super comfy. There was everything that I needed in the room except for a blow dryer for my hair. The only downside was that you could hear a lot of noise from the planes taking off and landing until very late into the night.'

Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer...
