'We liked the suite format of the room. Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. We never received housekeeping service, though we stayed for five nights. Admittedly, we had a "do not disturb" sign on for several hours on several days, but this was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. Breakfast selections were ample and the area was clean, but one...

'The only thing I did not like was my office chair in the room. It was broken and made it hard to work. The room walls were pretty thin so I could hear the kids upstairs jumping off furniture. Lastly my refrigerator was loud which made it hard to sleep sometimes.'

'We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday.
