'The hotel was run down, old and in a very bad neighborhood with homeless People lying on the pavement outside of the hotel. One worker at the desk and the restaurant closed during the day. They also charge $29 a day for parking. The rooms are horribly decorated and old. I didn’t not feel safe staying there with my son. We switched to a beautiful hotel 15 minutes away that was less per night'

'Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.'

Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. 'We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until...
