'Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.'

'We liked the suite format of the room. Particularly for longer stays, the kitchen in the room would benefit from more than one dishwasher soap pouch, and could use hand soap, a strainer, and a vegetable peeler. We never received housekeeping service, though we stayed for five nights. Admittedly, we had a "do not disturb" sign on for several hours on several days, but this was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. Breakfast selections were ample and the area was clean, but one...
