'Took 30 minutes and two requests for my ID from different staff to check in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.'

'Room was clean and comfortable. However, the window shade did NOT block out much outside light and I’m glad I had an eye mask. The fitness Center was well stocked. The pool needed some cleaning but it was off and on rain all day.'

'They did not empty the trash in our room during our stay. The common area trash cans were overflowing. There were spill stains on the wall between the beds. The staff were not professionally dressed.'

'Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. '

'The staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. The outside of the hotel looked nice but inside there was a strange smell - once to our room the smell of weed and old smoke was prevalent. The room was dirty and there were burn marks all over the floors. The pull out bed was extremely nasty, so much so, we didn’t use it. The double beds weren’t very comfortable either. All throughout the night people were very loud and you could easily hear them. Questionable people walking around outside....

'Little things made this a solid 2 star hotel. Like the sink faucet was positioned to far back from the edge of the sink making it difficult to wash your face. Also, the exposed caulking around the shower stall looked cheap and unprofessional.'
