'I didn't have the breakfast so I don't know what it was like, however I did go to the pool and the reason I choose this hotel was because of the pics of the pool with all the floaties in it and it looked so clean. I was with my two young grandkids and that's what we were expecting. Although I'm sure due to COVID a while ago they were removed, however with proper cleaning of the floaties, a least a few would be nice. 'Our bed had pizza sauce on it when we arrived. We called the front desk, but it took hours for them to reach housekeeping, who never came. Eventually we were given a new room, but housekeeping did not come the following day either. Overall, there seemed to be little to no service anywhere in the hotel, and the property felt poorly maintained and unclean.'

'The housekeeper kept opening our door checkout was at 12 but she was opening it at 10:30 like we were supposed to be gone she opened it once and saw her and quickly shut it and then she reopened it like a minute later and stepped inside. Meanwhile, my daughter was getting dressed in the bedroom with the door open so the housekeeper proceeds to grab the sign and put it on the door. I felt very uneasy after that'

'I would like to mention a few serious concerns from my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not what I expected. The toilet was dirty when we arrived, which immediately gave a poor first impression and made the room feel poorly maintained. Another very upsetting situation happened in the parking lot. I accidentally left my suitcase behind my car in the parking area, and when I realized and came back for it, it was gone. The suitcase had been stolen. This was extremely...
